When I was a kid, I hated sleeping with the door closed. At time, I would always feel a bad presence behind the door, like it had something listening and (somehow) watching me, waiting for me to come close to the door. Needless to say but, to me, this is by far the spookiest SCP.

I think SCP-899 is up to something and we have this all wrong like the video implies with SCP-899 winking. The flute could just as easily could have been taken to prevent others from abusing it and SCP-303 was either ordered or of it's own free will stole that stuff to feed, entertain (SCP-899 is a phantom child that might just have creepy interests and they might like surgical and sharp things.. ``\_(-_-)_/' ' ) and take care of SCP--899. What makes me say that is why is SCP-303 harmless 99% of the time and was only responsible for killing only one person that was SCP Staff by trapping them when it usually leaves after a while and the only ones who have the most trouble with the creature are D-Personnel and MTF? That lady in the shower thing is weird too. Weird! What if the guy trapped was a child predator and the woman might have been of interest to one of the SCP's as maybe a mother figure. Who knows. All I know is the phantom child wanted to be free and SCP-303 was happy to help. Neither could hurt each other and they can see the other so, I don't think it's malicious.

Scp: Rubber is to freely wander the facility, and to be treated by personnel as a normal human researcher. He is to be given access to any and all facilities and resources within personnel classification C.
Scp: Rubber is to be monitored and not to be left alone for any reason. In the event that Scp: Rubber is nowhere to be found, Foundation personnel are instructed to begin a thorough but calm search of the facility.
Scp: Rubber is not allowed near keter-level SCPs. [See addendum]
Description:
Scp: Rubber is a short, chubby humanoid roughly 1 meter in height, with a cube-shaped head and no visible body hair. He has pure white skin with a texture described as 'rubbery', and limbs with flipper-like hands and feet, which lack fingers but do have opposable thumbs on each hand.
Scp: Rubber lacks a nose and ears, but appears to be perfectly capable of hearing and smelling without them. His eyes are animal-like, with large black pupils and no visible sclera, though the iris of both eyes is also pure white. The mouth of the scp has a clef in his upper lip, similar to that of a cat's mouth. Though the SCP's tongue is a natural flesh colour, the inside of his mouth appears pitch black, with no visible teeth.
Anatomically, Scp: Rubber appears to lack a proper digestive system, but does have a functioning mouth, tongue, and is capable of eating food. It is unknown how this food is digested, however.
Despite the clear lack of teeth, the scp has been recorded as having perfect speech, as well as the ability to eat solid foods, implying the existence of teeth.
Scp: Rubber is capable of being completely undetected by certain SCPs, as well as being able to interact with them without any typical aggression they may have demonstrated in the past. Though there have been certain cases sighting Scp: Rubber instigating aggression from other SCPs, often resulting in the required sedation or termination of the aggressive SCP as a result. He is also known to be completely immune to certain scp anomalies, such as with an incident involving SCP-096, wherein, he and another researcher, Dr[DATA EXPUNGED] looked at a photo of the SCP, who completely ignored Scp: Rubber, and only killed the second researcher.
Scp: Rubber is described by personnel as 'charismatic' and 'friendly', with no record of attacking a single human. He has expressed constant and continuous interest in other SCPs, particularly in their research and study, and is known to break through security barriers and ignore protocol many times in pursuit of knowledge and information.
Attempts have been made to seal Scp: Rubber into a containment cell, but regardless of effort or security measures, has somehow managed to find a way to escape, without making a sound, triggering any alarms, nor even leaving behind a trace, as if he weren't inside, to begin with.
This same anomalous ability is present when researchers refuse his offers to accompany them on reasearch-gathering tests or missions. With his sudden appearance often occurring before the tests even begin, or during the set up of said tests, and his constant reappearance despite any and all attempts to force him away from the test site.
Currently, Scp: Rubber is seen as a valuable asset to the SCP foundation, and is being used to gather more information about the other anomalies, whiles still being classified as an SCP himself.

Some people are born without the parts of the brain that develop fear... so maybe they can create a task force with people that have that part of the brain gone or surgically removed just to deal with 303 and some other scps related with fear.
