KODAWARI RAMEN 🍲
One of the first Ramen Michelin Star Ramen restaurants to hit the streets of Paris in 2016 and it has not failed to impress. Fresh ramen served with an incredibly hearty broth of Landes poultry is a local favourite, especially when the bustling narrow dimensions and family feel of the restaurant take you back to historic Tokyo. Though queues can be up to an hour long, locals often order for take-away to enjoy their flavourful bowl at a Michelin Star level, without the cost!
CAFE BHARATH CURRY 🍛
Cafe Bharath is located in the center of La Chapelle, otherwise known as the “Little Jaffna” of Paris. When Tamil food is done right, it’s one of the best things in the world. The super friendly and welcoming staff made us feel at home whilst enjoying our spicy kothu roti, chicken devil and Lion beers.
TRANTRANZAI 🍜
If you can handle your spice, go straight to 8. I went for a 7 and man 🥵! This place is a top pick for locals for their deliciously fresh food, amazing aesthetics and warm indoor vibes; busy is an understatement! With an open kitchen plan, beautiful interior design, and even boba tea, Tran Tran Zai definitely deserves its authentic Chinese food stamp. Incredible flavours, great service and a night to remember!
DOCHILAK 🍚
If you want traditional Korean, family-cooked meals with a touch of ✨wow✨, Dochilak is the place! Bibimbap served in a sizzling bowl is hard to resist, especially once the sake is going! The authenticity doesn’t stop with the food - each Dochilak is designed to replicate the “Jumak”, a tavern where Koreans often meet to chat over a drink or a meal! The homely atmosphere was the perfect place for a family meal to celebrate the newlywed couple!
