I have to say, your tip on weapon teams was a game changer for me. I had been using them so wrong before to the point where, with MG teams, I really didn't like them or understand how others used them effectively compared to emplacements. They were so much better at area denial when used in the way you suggested. I would add that you need to remember to pack them up again once the immediate threat has been dealt with so that they are ready for the next one
You move our AT there and you do not click it and hold to fire in one direction, instead you move it there and just rotate with reverse "R" to face where you want it to fire and leave it there. This is specially important for light guns
I tried the same but couldn't find it :D just not there. But in end it might not be such a bad thing as both are retreating/reversing backwards and running :D
well it depends it is easier but in 1v1 frontline pressure is important if enemy forces your full retreat and get medical truck close to reinforce and take positions and slowly rotate you will bleed points fast :)
@@strategydux yes but rushing the truck with at guns on infantry or just using at grenades can kill the truck fast. It's good tactic, I agree, but micro heavy and not that hard to punish
A little late to the party but I'd say these are more beginner, not advanced, tips. Also, most of these tips, including the armour system (differing amounts on side/back/front of the vehicle) have always been present in COH, even in COH1, so they're not specific to COH3.
Thanks for the comment. When CoH3 came out there were lots of new or returning players so some of the tips were useful. Like for example armor system where they introduced 3th armor value for side armor. Before that they only had frontal and end and it broke in the middle of the vehicle.
Yea which is a good thing but you can still adjust strategy for it you go and cap WP with Kettel while pioneears will go for their points and than you backtrack to your strategic points with kettel to cap and by that time you should get upgrade to continue normal
hahaha they are slowly starting to make the corrections as time passes :D Unfortunate that release was this bad but happy that they are doing continuous support and upgrade
@@strategydux I get that, but it's also hard for them to say they are doing continuous support and upgrades after they axed a majority of the devs. that put it out the door in the first place despite the shitty engine.
@@jenkem4464 ya they used same engine for aoe4. But Microsoft is not giving up. I personally did not enjoy coh3 launch at start but as time goes they are improving. It will be a similar story like with Rome 2 TW i think :)
@@strategydux CoH 3 is Sega but I get your point. Hope they change things for the better but the way they treated their employees was still trash. Also, to add. I don't think Microsoft is partnered with them anymore.

Great man I am happy it helped :) Support weapons are really important and those first seconds for them are important
How do you “not set up” your AT gun?

Great vid brooou! Thanks a lot!
thank you brou
Thanks, video was helpful as a beginner.
Glad it helped :) more videos coming tomorrow or tonight, depending on production, we'll start with faction guides and more advanced tips :)
Vehicles do go reverse if you click behind but it must be very close after about 25 meters or so they will try to turn around
yes they do but that is so much macro that is unecessary. In CoH2 that range was higher so your tanks would reverse more
@@strategydux maybe it was nerfed a little but the range feels similar to that of coh2 for me personally
First thing I did when starting to play this game is try and split "reverse" keybind and "retreat" from R - havent found a way. Any ideas?
I tried the same but couldn't find it :D just not there. But in end it might not be such a bad thing as both are retreating/reversing backwards and running :D
Interestingu
the ambulance is basically essential now for all races... feels silly and OP
Eh the Brits and US have med tents so not really
not really. I find them useful in prolonged team games with huge maps, but in 1v1 running back to base with hospital is enough
Yes ambulances and medical trucks are essential in my opinion also :)

That sudden cut was well.... sudden
Hahaha in the end yes :D will add ending in next video thanks for watching till end
While the video / info was not bad, the music volume was too high - cut it back a good 25-50% IMO...way too distracting.
Thanks for inputs!
Lol tip 1 is nerfed out of game already.

Tip #11. Delete game. Install CoH 1 or CoH 2.
