I am so impressed with you! I honestly thought you were a college educated woman because you are so good at communication and have such well thought out and articulated ideas. I hope that doesn’t sound bad. You’re both just amazing people. My absolute favorite channel. Hands down
Hi guys… I somehow missed this in the episodes so I’m back to watch … I saw the others. Glad I did….. it answered a few questions I had. You are so real and honest!! ❤❤

Hey guys I am new to podcasts so I don’t know what anything is either! My question is whether you have gotten any negativity from your family & community? I hope not, keep up the good work shining light on the darkness.
Sharing some thoughts about Meri and resources; when they bought the Vegas houses, there were set floor plans. If she bought a house relative to her family size, yeah, she could have fit into a 2-3 bedroom townhouse. But that wasn't part of that development. Of the 4 lots, hers backed onto a busy street. Houses with that same configuration near me routinely are valued less. Robyn had the nicest lot because it backed up to other houses, while Christine and Janelle each backed up to a side street leading into their neighborhood. The difference between Meri's Vegas house purchase price was under $5K when compared to the lowest-valued house. I would argue that the Vegas development was over all their budgets. Meri's portion of the Lehi house was also used to access Christine's portion, making Meri's portion both living quarters and a hallway. This created a lot of friction. Christine and Janelle didn't want to walk outside between their spaces. But Meri didn't want unmanageable traffic. Had they remodeled the downstairs outdoor area to enclose it for winter, it would have helped smooth a lot of issues. I see it less about sharing resources and more about respecting spaces.
This is for Cory. I had read online that the AUB school in Utah, which isnt accredited by the state, prepared their graduates well to take the GED. You said you took the GED after graduating from the Montana AUB school. Did you feel like you were well prepared for that test or did you have to study a lot for it?
He said he was extremely prepared for it. He passed with very high scores. Homeschooling/private schooling tends to produce more intelligent children in my experience
This is a sensitive question for Cory and please don’t answer if uncomfortable. With Melanie’s ex husband being abusive and a child predator how do you manage to keep a decent relationship with him if he’s around and is it something you think about often when he pops up?
We don't really have a relationship anymore. I tried to maintain a civil relationship for the kids sake. They love their dad and wanted a relationship with him when they were little. We needed a safe place for them to have that. So we allowed him into our home for events. If I hate my childrens bio father that is 50% of my childrens DNA then they might feel like I hated parts of them too & I would never want them to feel that. So I was as cordial as possible.
@@NotestoSelf444i did same with ex. He comes for Christmas and birthdays etc. He did not ab.sed any kids but was in drugs. Today he regrets that but we have wonderful grand children that can have both grand parents present in their life. I stayed cordial and it serve me well today my children did not felt that they have to make a choice.
@ I feel like it’s the best way to handle for the children’s sake. My ex is so into parting now that he literally doesn’t know my grandchildren’s names. He never sees them & I don’t trust him to see them. I don’t want him abusing them sexually/mentally or physically.

i was listening to this podcast and sister wives earlier what i dont get is if the land couldnt be made individual homes why did they buy it was it a way to have them tie up there funds so they would have trouble leaving and make it easier for him to do as he wanted with the funds ?
I just wonder if they didn’t do their due diligence on the land before hand. They rushed into something without knowing what they were actually getting into
When it was confirmed there were prostitutes involved. I had tried to leave dozens of times but that religious hook is strong. That was my final straw.

Good question! Yes, some people are offended we are speaking out but most that truly know us are very supportive.

The McMansion sold on Monday for $1.775M which included the additional lot.
🤯🤯 I bet they won’t be splitting that $$ with the OG3

Melanie, you’re a doppelgänger to Princess Kate 👸🏻
Haha thank you! I’ve been told this dozens of times now. When I was younger I got told Cindy Crawford & Julia Roberts. 🤷♀️

Robyn’s stepfather was married. Robyn’s mother was second secret wife during his career. Some government position.
That’s probably right

The swinging in Utah shocks me. I've never heard of that in Mormon communities in Eastern states. Wow.

@NotestoSelf444 LOL!
Kody talks a lot and tries to use big words but I suspect he’s not very intelligent. I did watch the pod cast.
I totally agree
Thank You ♥
@@Black-be1db thank you for watching 🥰
Was Robyn’s step dad more like Bill on Big Love in that he was posing as LDS while living in plural marriage.
I’m not sure actually. He had a wife in Montana & a wife in Utah.

He does have some JD Morgan in him… But he’s more like the millionaire’s reversion of him from Grays Anatomy!!
😂😂 he loves these compliments
Kody reminds me of Scrooge McDuck
Haha so many similarities
70 is NOT too old to date! Is it???😢
No not at all! My mom’s 70 & I told her to get back out there. She laughed & told me she was to old.
Can I ask what was the turning point that you decide to leave your husband hope that is ok to ask
When it was confirmed there were prostitutes involved. I had tried to leave dozens of times but that religious hook is strong. That was my final straw.
Dry tears don’t count
No they don’t. 😂
Did Robyn really steal her sister’s boyfriend, get pregnant and marry him?
@@Whiskeyriver714 I don’t know honestly
Does your kids see your ex husband hope that it is ok to ask
Not much. He wasn’t invited to my daughter’s wedding this last June. Even growing up they didn’t see him much unless it was at my home.
