@@anastasiosgkotzamanis5277 in the 80s it was Hogan machoman and the warrior those were my top 3 but there were many others in the 90s it was Bret hart hands down and he is still my overall favorite to this day who is your favorite from the 80s and 90s?
@@jamaaldavis3222 from the 80s it was the three you mentioned. In fact, i broke my parents bed when i was nine by doing the elbow drop. As for the 90s, well, i 'm Greek and at that time we lost the connection with the satellite and could not watch Eurosport.
Cool experience (Undertaker) ! Well, half of what made(and still does) the WWF WrestleFest arcade game mainly so immensely appealing actually is the roster... The other part of course being the incredibly addictive 2D game design, gameplay and presentation... It's exactly in this combination that the charm and appeal of the game lies...
Cool video, I absolutely adore that NWA Powerrr venue!! They should add a bunch of fake wrestlers based on popular/common gimmicks seen in wrestling territories throughout the 70's and 80's, to boost the roster. A mix of real life wrestlers and colorful created characters would be pretty cool imo. 👍✌
So I guess no create a player but it does look fun. If it's success could make that a thing that would be phenomenal! My favorite thing about wrestling games is non complicated game play and create a player ability!
What's old is new again. Fun game play and decent graphics makes for a great game. The newer generation of games focus way too much on hyper-realistic graphics and cut away scenes. Can't wait for this to come out.

Well the good news is that the developer of RetroMania understand that WrestleFest was designed to eat quarters. RetroMania is designed to be a more console-friendly gaming experience.
Oregon Pacifist well time will tell them and see how good it is. I have been playing the wrestle fest on my mame emulator and seeing if it can spark my interest again though
Do you know if there will be anymore additions to the roster? I mean given that the NWA are somewhat involved could they add anymore of their current roster because I'd love that
Bones Jackson no to both... at least at launch. If the game is successful enough, the developer will look into adding either a sprite editor or some sort of create-a-wrestler mode later on.

The Japanese company Technos/Taito made Wrestlefest, WWF Superstars, Mat Mania and Tag Team Wrestling! And this game is their sequel!!!

It's just a Rampage arcade1up cabinet that I've modded with a Raspberry Pi. It has over 60 games on it now. One of which is WrestleFest. :)
