Two Notes are just killing it! I love my Opus and this looks even better. If they made a pedal like the Quad Cortex or Helix with this, I'd throw some serious cahs there way.

Nice demo!! I like the implementation of NAM and then further shape your tone with drives/modulation/time-base effects. I'm testing it right now with my own amp and Captor. So far I like it but their own amps are not my cup of tea but that is personal preference. The cleans sounded very thin to me but that can be improved with tweaking. This whole concept surely has potential . There is a lot to choose from nowadays. ...The one I like the most that sounds very good out of the box is Scuffham S-gear. Every amp-sim has its pros and cons in the end.
That's bonkers! $79 for that much virtual kit? 16 thousand captures, models, and IRs to choose from. And it sounded super responsive with 10 models in your chain.
Great video as usual ! In your opinion, does Genome can provide better quality tones than Neural DSP plugins ? Is it providing lower quality than the best neural DSP or is it comparable ? Maybe you can't answer... ;-) in any case I'll try it for sure, it's French ! :-)
Ross from Two notes here - no, you get everything Jack has shown for that price! We will have optional extras in the future in terms of PEDALS and STUDIO FX, however we also have a roadmap of free updates! Pretty cool eh? :)
not sure what I've done wrong. I tried the flatbackV (which is a Mesa V) to get high gain tone. I have maxed the gain on the amp but could only get mid-gain level. I had to add a boost to get a decent high gain tone. I would have thought that Mesa V real amp has a lot of gain on tap (i.e. I dont have to max the gain on real amp to get high gain tone). hope that makes sense
@@RossDaviesTwoNotes I did not change the input level on genome. It remains as it is when I opened the software. and by the way, are the TMS amp profiles sampled at 16dB or 12dB? if not at what dB? (note I have been using a lot of NAM profiles and the captures/samples come with different dB measurements and I adjust the input level accordingly (so it sounds like it was captured in the first place)
Ross from Two notes here. Yes, there is no Tonex compatibility, however there are tens of thousands of AI Captures out there from NAM, Proteus and Aida-X - the best bit, they are free from sites like ToneHunt! How cool is that!
@@guillaumepille I do own Tonex Max and always play in my DAW (never in standalone), so I don't really mind.. I'm combining all the plugins I want in my ''rig''.. and I also get reverb/delay tail spillover when changing tones with my MIDI footswitch ;)
Genome crashes Reaper when I attempt to use the offline feature. When I attempt to login(Online I assume) I receive an error that my trial has already been activated. Isn't that the purpose of a trial license? To use it? I almost purchased this software and I'm glad I didn't. I don't need another piece of software reliant on some type of licensing software that crashes my DAW.

This is a first Ibanez which sounds good without a tone of any FX.Similar to Fender.First time some life in this guitar.

and by the way, I had no issues whatsoever with the gain on NAM profiles on Genome (both built in and those from tonehunt).
That AI captures integration is AWESOME! It seems to be uncompatible with Tonex captures though :(

Hi, ToneX is a proprietary software, the only way to ply those Captures is tu use the ToneX software? ;)
