Aoa Faiza !! Omg I don't know if you will read this message or not, but I'm a huge fan of your cooking. I'm newly married I had no idea about cooking but with all your help even first dishes that I have tried came out to be so professional. My husband loves all the dishes I make. Khadhi pakora, tandoori chicken, I even made imli Ki chutni, rajma, chicken Salan, Chapli kebab,, biryani ..I am trying many more dishes. I just finished making tandoori chicken it turned out really good but I think I added a bit too much salt :p oops 😂😂but anyway all good. Your a fantastic cook and wish you all the prosperity in life. You whenever I make a dish everyone says faiza Ka kamaal hai but I say jee Lekin banaya toh Meine hi hai !!! Hahah but no doubt and indeed you deserve all the credit.!!

I find chicken releases lots of water so better to put on meshed tray so water drips below.otherwise those lovely spiced get washed out.

Dear faiza i made this chicken it turned out really well i used whole chicken the outer part of the chicken got grilled well but the gravy inside didn't dry properly remained wet i wanted it to be dry like in restaurants i m talking abt the gravy inside the cavity pls advise

Mere pass jo gas oven hai us mein upper neenche dono side flames on hoti hai agr mein dono ikhetay on karti hun to mujhe phr palatne ki zaroorat nahi hogi? Ya mein srf neenche ka on kar k apki tareeqa exact follow karun? Yeh mera first time hai gas oven use kar rhi hun. Please help.

I tried ths recipe and it turned out amazing. This time I am planing to make it with full chicken please guide me what would be the cooking time. Weight is almost 1.5 kg

I have taken 6 leg piece of chicken so I have putted half quantities for all things so now tell me that I have an electric oven and it's full heat is till 250 centigrade only so according to the half quantities I have putted so how many centigrade should I put this Chicken tandoori in and how many minutes should I put it in and can I put oil down a glass tray and can I put this on the grill ..... please answer soon......

wa/salam dear, preheat for 15 minutes on gas mark 8 and when u add the chicken then gas mark will be 6, keep it on the middle rack.
