I came across your video in the afternoon and later prepared this for dinner for my friends(fellow Zimbabweans, Nigerians and Filipino) last night. I put it in the oven though, after marinating for 9hrs. It turned out awesome and my friends were raving about it. How i wish i could share the picture. My recipe is a mix of Varun and Rimli and Vah chef, like below: For 1/2 kg chicken, marinate with 1/2 TSP turmeric, 2 TSP salt, 1 tbsp Kashmiri red chilli powder, 1 TSP garam masala and 1 TSP chicken tandoori masala, 3 tbsp hung curd and 1/2 tbsp ginger garlic paste. Leave in fridge for 1 hour or so. The more the better. Then follow Rimli or if you have an oven, put it in for 30 minutes at 210 degrees centigrade. Take it out and roast on high flame to get charred effect. Put in oven for 30 minutes
