@@leroyjenkins1568 you would spend $70-$100/day to rent the car and only make $70-$100 a day with doordash..doesn’t make any sense.. plus u gotta put gas that you make from doordash in the car.
I have two investment vehicles just for this purpose. I was able to post the first one with no problem but I can't find the drop down for adding a second vehicle. Could use some advice.
I would never list my PERSONAL vehicle. I'd list an ADDITIONAL vehicle I got for this purpose. Just getting started renting my Honda Fit, which I got for less than $10K, including tax, license, slapping on new tires, oil change, full checkup, insurance up the wazoo. I'm doing a test to see how this goes. If it's good, I'll do more vehicles.
I am buying a new RAV4 Hybrid under my Business name, registered in Canada, and co-signing it with my name as my business is just one year old to get approved on loan. On Invoice copy, It will be owned by my business and in my name. How should I proceed to list my car? Do I need to register under the business name or my name in Turo?
Believe the app has insurance, but I'm sure if you ask a lawyer if a car in your name driven by someone else harms another person you'll probably be on the hook for it...
@@Rj34506 that’s what I’m curious about but I’m pretty sure most people don’t really look into the insurance thing and just lost their vehicle. It seems to be a touchy subject
Something tells me if you properly protect yourself; form an LLC so it's not in your name, get a large liability insurance to cover you and your personal wealth (million plus coverage), then you will be pricing yourself out of the market since most people will not take the effort to do that... Hope you get your question answered fully...
