Do you ever get 'cover' acts in Comedy like you do in Music? Like, does a comedian ever tell a joke, and then say, "That was by [other comic] originally," or something like that? I don't remember ever seeing that, but it's not so weird, right? I suppose Comedy is so much about the reveal, the punchline, and it that sense you lose something by not being the first, but there are standup routines I've seen dozens of times and they still make laugh, just because of the delivery. I feel like it's not crazy to imagine another comic could perform another comics joke, but do it in their own way. But I've never seen it, myself.

And the big punch line was that he was saying all along "it's okay. You have no talent. But you're dying i'm cool with it. I root for you." then at the end he would say. "You're a make a wish kid. I rooted for you. Now you die. I rooted for you now you die" Something like that. You have to make a difference between same topics and same jokes. Those are 2 different things
