As a runner for my entire life, I cannot remember a time where I've run in the morning before work. As I've gotten older with additional responsibilities I'm struggling to designate time in my evenings for workouts. Because of Nick's speech during his morning run, I'm giving it a try tomorrow. I appreciate the motivation and can't believe it's taken this long!
I know school and work are different, but back in high school I would wake up at 5 am to get my run in every morning because I knew school took up most of my day, then soccer practice in the evening took up my nights, but it taught me a lot. The first couple weeks suck because you don't want to get up, but you then become disciplined enough to be consistent. You also start to feel better throughout the day. I found myself being more energetic and able to stay in soccer shape throughout the year. I still run in the morning, but for fun now. I am in college and I run in the mornings, do school, and lift in the evenings. I am now training to do my first ultramarathon in the future!

The leg training and running is tough to plan out. Especially if you have to move legs to closer to your long run, and especially if you want to go hard. That being said Friday I squared 245lb for 3 during a goooood leg day, then ran 12 miles the next morning, and felt great. That's not always the case though. Need to start running in the morning again.

Bison has become my favorite meat to eat. I learned a lot about Nutrition watching Nick’s videos.

Same here, one or the other almost always suffers when trying to strength train and run, in my experience anyways
