1969 BUICK GS 400 STAGE 1 PROJECT. PART 1.

Hello viewers,
This is my 1969 Buick GS 400 Stage 1 project. Car was sold as #s matching, but it is not. It has a 1967 Buick 430 engine in it. I am searching for the original RS engine and the original BB transmission. I hope to find them. I want to do a full body off restoration on this cool Buick.

good find ,
I bought mine at a storage Auction for 150.00 although mine is not a stage 1 , mine also had rust in the same places as yours except worse , when the trunk opened you could see the top of the gas tank . I hd a guy rebuild the rear 1/4s and he did so using the wheel well trim pieces as a guide , great cars for go and show ,mostly people can't believe it's a Buick these cars are a labor of love as the after market only carries a few gingerbread items , mos of my parts came from ebay ...Going fast with class !!
