Well to be honest, I don't see any potential in this idea. It seems a fancy project, but why would some company buy this system? Even for monitoring? There are easy going tools, that can tell you how many users are in premises, and there is no point of looking at somescreen virtually, that's too obnoxious, as well. But still I wish good luck for endeavors, however; metaverse maybe get useful to other things but this idea is more towards fancy than putting actual value. Peace!
