Loving the series! I love seeing the variety of builds so far. Calm seems to be experimenting in this series and Mihu just has several builds most Terran players don't use, so it's great to watch. Please don't skip the first two minutes of the game for game 2!
When I saw dropships AND wraiths, I thought for sure that Mihu will win. But he lingered too much with the dropships. After the hatchery was down he should've moved on immediately, either to another base either home. No need to kill the Queen's nest. Anyway, smart on Calm to also make a devourer, it nullifies the cloak.
Bringing them back home when he did made zero sense at all. Of course they will just get destroyed if you drop them 1 by 1 right next to the zerg army. Yes, killing the queen's nest and the eggs was a complete waste as well. Poorly played by Mihu in the heat of the moment.
What a great timing for Calm this time, I mean his base was under attack by the drop ship played by Mihu and he crushed the Terran’s base at the same moment. How intense that was! Timing is crucial, if he missed that attack or delayed sometime, Mihu might be the guy who picked up this game. Nice match!
the broodwar terran medivac is a very versatile and powerful unit jokes aside I like how Calm is displaying many different ways that Zerg can be played. I'm sure there's some foreigners out there who are like "TvZ is hard for Z. Z has to play in a specific way and perfectly counter T". Meanwhile Calm is like "I do what I want" and wins against top foreigner T player. no one will be able to make a statement after this series that Calm only won thanks to mechanics, or only thanks to cheese, or only thanks to map advantage, or any other excuse. Calm wins because he's better. He has better strategical understanding of timings and he can pull off the strategies correctly on both macro and micro level. I think Mihu is a great player and it's really fun to watch him play, but Korean starcraft is really just on a different level.
These games are great, lots of uncommon strategies. Also my adhd appreciates that you skip the beginnings for subsequent matches, I often see people complain about it but I really like it. Would be interested in seeing Mihu vs Dewalt
First game I was so hyped for Mihu, sad that sick opener didn't net him a win. In the second game those leapfrogging lurkers gave me such a strong feeling of inevitability >< What insane controls, more games! ^^
I'm new to the scene, but I thought that Mihu being one of the top foreign Terran players, would, well, mean something, Calm is making this look so easy tho.
I think it's cuz he won BSL. Dewalt got murked in BSL and Mihu has won multiple times. So that's why. Also Mihu wasn't playing in the ascension tourney.

@@alexfriedman2152 I had hardly watched guardians Starcraft pro leagues (2003~2010) Zerg had defeated opponents in game If Guardians produced Its too slow and low DPS. But guardian is much more better than scout. Actually I am bad at starcraft. Mihu didn't well controls 4 wraiths . He should attack overload first.

At 15:58 I think Mihu should have start the bunker up on his ramp rather than trying to save the natural.

Mihu's weakness is how to use comsats. What makes Flash is a Terran God is his comsats.
