If you add more wooden era players like Newcombe, Rosewall, Smith, Vines, Budge, Tilden, etc... there is no way Roddick is top 20 by any means. This list is loaded so despite whatever personal biases you may have, no, he is not top 20.
And of course who can forget Gonzalez and Kramer. It is very disrespectful to those players to say these kind of things.

and got beaten by sinner 2 times right after, even with match points at davis cup
