    I normally do these in a lower plank position, going to try it using your cues here. Looks a lot more stable

    Caramba, stopped the vid, did the exercise with a double 8, 12, and 20 kg, ... Nice, ... but not for the faint of heart. I'll keep this one in my workouts 💪👍🤟 Thnx coach
