    Danish sweet cookies:
    Ingredients:
    100 g wheat flour
    25 g wholemeal wheat flour
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    50 g sugar
    1 pinch salt
    0.50 eco lemon, grated peel from here
    1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
    50 g butter
    1 egg
    Method:
    Mix wheat flour and wholemeal wheat flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, lemon zest and vanilla sugar well in a bowl.
    Crumble butter in the flour mixture until it is completely mixed and uniform.
    Gather the dough with eggs and quickly knead the dough together.
    Cut the dough into pieces of about 6 grams. Roll balls and place them on a baking sheet with parchment paper.
    Give all the cookies a little pressure in the middle with the index finger so that they become a little flat.
    Bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees hot air for about 15-18 minutes, until lightly golden at the edges.
    Let them cool on a rack.
    Cold bowl/Buttermilk:
    Ingredients
    ½ liters of yogurt with strawberries
    2 teaspoons vanilla sugar (or ½-1 teaspoon vanilla powder)
    3-4 tablespoons sugar (or to taste)
    ½ liters of buttermilk
    fresh strawberries and biscuit for serving
    Method:
    Pour strawberry yogurt into a bowl.
    Add vanilla and sugar and stir with a whisk until the sugar is fairly dissolved.
    Add buttermilk and whisk together into a delicious and creamy cold bowl.
    Taste evt. add the cold bowl with extra sugar or vanilla and keep it refrigerated until serving.
    Serve the cold dish with fresh strawberries and sweet danish cookies
