Cheese Sandwich With Zesty Mango Salsa!
Learn how to cook this lovely cheese sandwich with fresh mango salsa in under 15 minutes. This easy to make and delicious sandwich is full of flavor and pops of color. A lovely treat that can be eaten anytime of the day.
Ingredients:
Mango Salsa:
- 1 cucumber
- ½ small diced mango
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped red chili pepper
- 2 tablespoons coarsely chopped fresh coriander
- 1 teaspoon finely grated lime peel
- ¼ tsp coarse salt
Cheese Sandwich:
- 1 slice toasted bread
- 1 clove of garlic, split
- 2 slices of cheese
Preparation (15 mins):
Mango Salsa:
Split the cucumber and remove the seeds with a teaspoon.
Cut the cucumber into small cubes and mix them with mango, chilli, coriander, lime zest and salt.
Taste the salsa.
Cheese Sandwich
Rub the toasted bread slices with garlic.
Arrange the cheese on the bread and serve with mango salsa.
Garnish with coarsely chopped coriander and chilli.
