Hey Ethan, I'm a pre T in the closet FtM and I really appreciate your videos. I was wondering if you'll be making an update video? With phalloplasty do you get sensation? I'm very curious as I'm interested in this myself.
Thanks for reaching out. I am planning on making an update soon. I just passed the 1 year mark post-op and things are going well now. I do have sensation with phallo, but it's not full though I was told this could take up to 2 years. I will try and address that in the video. I definitely still have the ability to orgasm. Sex is a little different than I expected but I also don't have an implant yet, and not sure when/if I'll get one.
Thank you for sharing!! Great to hear from you. :) Always look forward too see your videos! I just hade done stage one my self and have some strugel, it's nice too see that it will be better with time.
Thanks Zack, that means a lot. I'm always happy when I know my videos can help, so happy to share. Congrats on having stage one done! It will get better. I had moments where I doubted that, but it is getting better day by day. I hope you have some good support around you as you go through this, because that also helps with the struggle of this major surgery.
You know, I think I might have gained a small fraction in length due to gravity, but nothing very noticeable. I'm sure it's different for different people. Skin elasticity will play a big part for sure. I've also heard of guys shrinking post op, and then getting back to their initial length immediately post-op after several months of healing/gravity.
Do you wear just your usual underwear (as in the kind you wore before surgery) or have you switched the the ones that have a pouch and hold your junk in front of your body? I've talked to a lot of guys and they prefer the ones with the pouch - just trying to see what most guys prefer!

I'm pretty much fully healed at this point, at least physically. I need to make an update. I've thought about it, and I might some year, but probably not this year. I usually go to Gender Odyssey in Seattle since it's close to me.
Ethan Z thanks man.. that's great, ill be getting phallo in march so saving up for all expenses . but stoked that ur all healed up. life's lookn great man.
I think I can understand you wanting male-type genitalia, but maybe it will become totally acceptable for ftm people to retain female parts, and just wear prosthetics (as many do) so people won't need to go through all the pain of this surgery. Physical androgyny must be the next logical step.
It is acceptable and some people are fine having a vagina, but others don't and want a penis. It's not for others or to be accepted, it's for yourself, personal preference.
It is acceptable to most but some the bottom dysphoria is not... Soothed? By prosthetics. I myself won't be getting any bottom surgery as there is this amazing sounding product that's going to be available in the future. It's giving my lots of hope. [Check out the Bionic it's from transthetics]
@@fiftyshadesofgay9193 There have been no updates on their project in years! Also, for the one who says wearing prosthetics is the way to go, you obviously haven't used them. I haven't found an STP that works, and I will not change my clothing style to get it to. I wear fitted pants (dress, casual, shorts and jeans), so it wants to bend upwards, resulting in accidents. They're uncomfortable frequently, unless you buy ones you can't piss with. Prosthetic penises get old, as do binders for the top. Harnesses are needed, which adds to discomfort. So, of course, one would want something they don't have to mess around with, pee in stalls, etc. Truly know what you're talking about before assuming anything about such devices.
@@kingrayog I'm too scared to get surgery there tbh, it's the main reason I'm not doing anything. Also, they updated it a few months or so ago, actually! They've moved up a stage now ^^
You have the sweetest, nicest voice! I just want to hug you, you are so cute!!!

If someone told me in 2018 women will be able to become men quite easily, in 1999, I would've laughed my ass off.
Hi. Thanks 4 sharing. I'm almost 3 months post. Wondering if you have experienced any increase in length due to gravity?

Hello Ethan can I ask who was your Dr. For Phallo?
I had Dr. Crane in Austin, TX. His new practice.
Ethan Z I wonder if blue cross shield would be accepted in Tx next year.
ethan hows your healing doing? and ever considered going to philly heath conference?
