    Finn!!! This was so fun to watch!
    I love how close to you I feel when I watch a video. You have such a special place in my heart.
    I remember when I found you. I remember where I was in exploring my transition.
    I was here when Finn Jr was born. It feels like yesterday in ways and so far away in others.
    Going thru Phallo myself now, all the trauma, suicidal thoughts and complications I have lived thru, I really relate to how hard it is.
    I would look at my penis and resent it. It took me so long to bond to it. I finally did.
    And now, peeing with it. Wow. My bond is even stronger.
    I am still in the surgical loop. But I look forward to the day where it feels like it's just a part of your whole self. That really hit me.
    I hope your get away is recharging and relaxing my friend. You two need all the breaks you can get!

      Ive really enjoyed seing your recent triumphs , even if I often lack the energy to comment, and I cannot wait to see you out of the surgical loop!
      As for my videos, Im bloody loving being a mess on camera! 🤣🤣 there is something very freeing about it! I didnt care in the beginning of my journey how I appeared on camera, I was just me, and Im back there again now, and as hard as living with Fred is, there is also Freedom in surrendering to what I just cannot control, and lots of laughter at times too!
      We may record a little vlog together when we are away. Its apparently going to pour with rain and with little else to do in a caravan.......... 😁

    I’m a newly out transgender man (after a decade of being non-binary), been on low-dose T before years ago but only been on full dose about 2 months. 8:08 made me cry. You describe it so well, I’ve never seen anyone put the experience of dysphoria into words so beautifully. I also had no idea how much pain I was in until I started to fix it. I’m sure I’ll continue to have those realizations as time goes on, early on in the process as I am.
    I know I need top surgery - I don’t want surgery but I want the results, yes - but I’m not sure what I’m going to do with my lower bits. Though clearly it’s on my mind because I’m here, aren’t I 😅 the idea of any surgery at all freaks me out but I want to feel at home in this body. The fact that you got phallo despite being chronically ill makes me feel like it’s a viable option for me, even as disabled as I am. Thank you for sharing your experience.

    Happy Birthday Finn Jr.! Congratulations on both anniversaries. Finn, I love this video; you make me laugh and cry (sometimes at the same time!). When you talked about your life before and how painful it was for you to have a body that never felt right, that was never joyful or pleasurable, that's where I'm at right now. Although I've started T and things are changing, I'm finding it very difficult to be patient. I guess because I'm older, I'm afraid I'm not going to be able to go as far as I want with my transition - which is all the way; I want top and lower surgery. I want a Kevin Jr. 🥰 Anyway, I'm so happy to support you in any way I can. You have given me so much in return. Love to you and Chris. Have a great time on your weekend away! 💙💓🤍

      Ah buddy, my heart goes out to you. I know where you are, I remember it well. I think in some ways, for me at least, the pain increased when l started to change on T, because l saw a future for the first time that d had no idea existed and I wanted so badly and it couldn't come quick enough and I was terrified of my age making it all unattainable. So yes l hear you.
      But.....you will do it.....it will happen. I know it's hard but all you can do is take it one day at a time, knowing that that right now it's already happening, this grafual undoing of years of you being buried, and with time, hormones, surgery, etc, Kevin is blossoming and growing and soon that peace and joy that you have always deserved. Massive love to you

I subscribed to you because you were one of the few transguys I stumbled upon who were transitioning later than your teens, and as an agender person still on the fence about medical transition while (now) nearing my forties and struggling with fatigue issues, it is good to hear about your journey and think that however late I make up my mind, there can be a journey for me too. I love seeing and hearing about the thriving that transition brings, it is such a beautiful metamorphosis and so obviously a deep need fulfilled.

    Wow, I can't believe it's been 7 years, time sure flies! Happy birthday to Finn Jr! I can't wait until mine is all healed up and "normal". I'm nearly healed up from stage one. And I'm still working on acceptance that I won't be able to have all of the little bits that come in stage 2, notably, vaginectomy. Since I had quite the complication with stage 1, I had a very serious bleed that had to be repaired and I spent about 4 days in the ICU. Because of the Hemorrhagic shock I had some fluid around my heart. So with all that my surgeon says it's too risky to do the vaginectomy. As it is I'm having to see a cardiologist and a hematologist to be cleared for the bits of stage 2 I can have (glandsplasty and scrotoplasty). I'm currently wearing a heart monitor to make sure things are back to normal with my heart. It has been amazing to start bonding with my new penis, even though he's still healing and I can't really feel him yet and it's un known how much feeling I will get since abdominal phalloplasty doesn't generally have as much potential for sensation, particularly erotic sensation. I'm happy though that I went with my surgeon's recommendation to do abdominal phalloplasty considering the complication I had. Not to mention I basically got a tummy tuck as a byproduct. 10 pounds of excess skin gone was a happy bonus. I'm excited to see how things are when I get to a similar place to where you're at. It's a wild ride but even with all the difficulties I'm so glad I started the journey and can't wait to see where it takes me. As always it's great to see your videos and I always seem to learn something new about myself through watching. 💙

      Omg it's like reading a horror novel..

    • @ncburton1713
      @ncburton1713 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@vp0617 I know right?! Thankfully i've healed well and so far it doesn't look like I have any lasting negative affects from the complications. I'm actually kind of surprised at how blasé I am about how serious the complication was. I've had hematomas after surgery that required some blood transfusion but never actual hemorrhagic shock. I think it's because at a certain point I was unconscious and only heard about what happened after I woke up. Which was apparently where some of the scary stuff happened. While they were prepping me to go back into surgery I started feeling super nauseous and aggitatedly stared telling them how nauseous I was and that I thought I was about to puke. That's the last I remember until I woke up in the ICU. My fiance told me after I started complaining about nausea I started to have a seizure. I don't have a history of seizures at all. I'm not sure how many units of blood they had ti give me but it was more than 2. Sorry, I don't mean to make the horror story worse, but I also think it's important to share my experience. Complications of this sort are pretty rare, and abdominal phalloplasty has a lot less risk of complications that other types of phalloplasty but obviously not completely safe from it. I'm very thankful that my surgeon and his staff are big on being safer than sorry. It's out of there abundance of caution that I'm here and doing well today. So, I'd say things have had a happy ending to this chapter of things. It'll be interesting to see how stage 2 will go. So far the cardiologist says they see no reason to deny me moving forward with stage 2. I'll be seeing a hematologist on the 29th. I don't see them having issue with it either, but I'm hoping they might have some answers to why I keep having bleeding complications with surgeries. Anyway, sorry for the rambly reply. 😅 Hope I didn't scare you too much. If you have any questions feel free to ask.

      @vp0617 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@ncburton1713 These stories are extremely important, as they are not properly documented by the very few studies on transgender surgery here. And, unfortunately, serious complications after and during "sex reassignment surgery" are all too common. In fact, from what I've researched, it's pretty much guaranteed you will eventually face some type of serious complication from SRS. I would advise you to look up detransitioner testimony before you move forward.

    I just love the heck out of you.
    I love this Unedited format Finn.
    Forget editing. You aunatural is so refreshing. All waffling is welcome. Happy Birthday Finn Jr. I truly cannot imagine what it was like for you to go through what did, you say five surgeries or six surgeries for your penis. It's just so scary and the rate of infection and all of that stuff had to be really frightening and caused you so much anxiety. I'm 64 years old now I got CFS when I was 24 I know how I got it when I got it and what happened right after I got it. And I've never been the same since. I've told you before I've gone to so many natural kind of holistic protocols to try to get my energy back and not feel like shit all the time. But to be honest none of that has ever really worked. But the one thing I wanted to say is that now it's the worst it's ever been I'm in severe pain all the time I am beyond exhausted I'm really suffering from a debilitating illness. And when I realize that it really makes me cry a lot because I would like to be able to do what I could do just six months ago. But the reality is I can't. I want to ask you something Finn, when I was younger about 16 I saw a book on people that had gone through getting phalloplasty. They were big 8x10 photos in this book of just like a hundred different penises that were created through phalloplasty. And what I noticed was that none of them looked real. Some of them were actually quite otherworldly looking. I wanted to ask you if over the years the techniques and the technology has gotten better where if you go through phalloplasty it looks more like a cisgender penis? I've always wanted to know that I figure I could ask a friend. I don't have much else to say at the present moment because I'm really out of it but I do want to say you are a natural storyteller and even when you goof up and you say oh I goofed up or whatever you say it's always part of your charm. Thank you for making a video to watch today. I love when you upload something, it's fantastic. I hope you have a lovely time on your weekend with FurFur. Sending you all kinds of hugs and love and peace of mind and joy.

      The joy of transition s the thing that keeps me going you know, to have overcome so much , gives me reason to keep going and to enjoy life even on days where Fred is being such an utter ass!
      💩
      As for phallo, I would love to see the book you have seen, it is incredible how far the surgery has come and Id love to see a historical timeline over the years. My penis does indeed look real. It does look different to a cis males penis, but only in some of the details, the colouring is different, the head looks different, and is of a circumcised look, and the veins are not present, though some trans folks do have those tattooed with great results, but yes other than that he looks exactly like a penis and not at all other worldly. I hope that helps!
      Sending you a ton of love! xxx

    Some days you really don't want to be here? Shouldn't surgery have changed that feeling? Isn't what transitioning is all about? It fixes the internal issues and make them go away?

    • @FinnTheInfinncible
      @FinnTheInfinncible  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Gender transition is about living in the gender you know yourself to be, and going through social and medical changes to help you do that and thus lessen gender dysphoria. What it isn't, is a magic wand which can suddenly make all of life's problems go away. It would be incredibly short sighted for someone to expect gender transition to fix everything wouldn't it!
      Besides, living in a world that's full of so much transphobia, is incredibly hard, plus overcoming years of undiagnosed gender dysphoria,.prior to transition.
      The point is, that now, post transition, the desire to want to live, to heal, to have hope etc is now there, because of the absence of the pain of gender dysphoria, which is the point of this video, if you watched it all

    I celebrate every time I see one of your new video notifications come up on my feed 😍😁
    7 years old! YAY!!! Did all the nerves hook up right so you can feel everything? I'm following someone who just had their phallo done, and wondering how it all heals up? I haven't been able to bring myself to have any more surgeries yet, but really thinking about it! Would love to feel "complete".
    Fred's sister Franny 🤣 Franny would be Fibromyalgia I think 🤔 They haven't figured out for sure which one I have, either way, it stinks! I was just talking to a friend about how heating pads and pain relieving rubs have replaced the ice cream and soda bottles around my flat lol
    Does Lamby like bananas? 😉hehe
    I think sometimes a change of scenery really helps the mind heal the body a bit. Be safe my friend! I can't wait to see you post trip pics 🥰
    It's lovely, in a way, to not know what day it is. My mum always told me you're not relaxing unless you don't know what day it is!
    Do you celebrate Halloween in the UK? if not, is there something else (or nothing) in it's place?
    Love you Finn! Thank you for your waffles as always! 🧇🧇🧇🧇🧇🧇🧇🧇🧇🧇🧇🧇🧇🧇🧇 🥰🤗

      AW buddy! But the beginning of this video, oh my days I LOST it!!!! Glad it made you celebrate though!
      Re your question, I shall answer this in the next video in depth, but yes, I have a good level of sensation which gradually returned over time, have you seen my sensation playlist? th-cam.com/play/PL-xdbMjLqelL3efWb1uSGxJiAnMFU7R_Y.html
      Franny! where did she come from! Hillarious! My Brain! Have you tried those TENS machines? they are cheap now and you can buy them for home use. Im thinking of getting one for my muscle aches that happen during crashes
      Im looking forward to a change of scenery, we are only going a short distance up the coast, biut it will be peacful and change and we may even record a vlog!
      We dont really celebrate/do halloween. The UK does it more now than it used to when I was young. Chris and I never did it as kids. But, because we now live in a neighbourhood with kids, we have bought some sweets, just in case!
      I love you too fella and I am so appreciative of your appreciation!

      @@FinnTheInfinncible Thank you for the link, and yes, my TENS unit has been my savior! It really helps a lot! That way there's not "rubbing pain" from someone trying to rub on my skin hard enough to get to my muscles 😲
