600 years ago .Bhammariya well is It was founded by Mughal Emperor Mohamud Beghado.

Bhammariya Well is a historic step well located in Mahemdavad, Gujarat built around 600 years ago. It consists of an octagonal shaft with a diameter of 14 feet and seven underground floors. The top three floors that are accessible to visitors have unique architectural features on each level, including circular rooms connected by arched openings and balconies overlooking the well shaft. Cross sections show the well transitions from an octagonal shape to circular further down and rooms are arranged around the well with internal connections between them.
