To get the cutscene (Steam):
1. Disable cloud sync in game properties on Steam.
2. Delete savegame in Documents - WB Games.
3. Delete savegame in Steam installation folder, usually in Program Files (x86)/Steam/userdata/*********/234140.
4. Start the game and play.
