- Re-Releasing previously released videos of the Junkyard M90 Supercharger build on the manual 5 speed swapped 2010 Crown Vic. See already released videos demonstrating this setup running 7 PSI and 1.37 VE on a Ford 4.6L 2 Valve.
In this video we find a cast aluminum intake manifold from a 1993 Ford Crown Victoria for $10 on eBay. Note that this generation of the 4.6 engine had the non PI heads (smaller head ports). So that's not ideal. But we receive better hood clearance (intake sits lower), stronger aluminum (instead of plastic) and since we are boosting from a small port into the larger PI head port, we do not need adapter plates.
We review a plan on how we can modify it to run the supercharger. We begin intake modifications and adapter plate fabrications.
Part 3 we will start mocking up the intake manifold and supercharger on the engine. And start figuring out belt spacing, alternator, pulleys and firewall clearance.

I’m getting my 5 speed installed in a couple weeks. Once that is done I’m going to start looking at a super charger. Love what you are doing and love watching the progress.
Awesome, now I now where to cut. Great video!
mr BP. you are crazy. i love it.
Amazing work 👍 u did great!
i would leave the bottom part on, it will be much more rigid that way. those old castings crack easy. i doubt it will make a performance difference.
Too late now. Plus I tig welded in a thick plate. Adding rigidity.
nice!
Ohhhhhhh how did you get it on the right for the intake wiresssss
Have patience.
