What a beautiful “helper” you have! We have incredible tortillas here in West Texas.. gonna have to try this!Add some enchilada sauce or salsa, cilantro,sliced jalapeños, and chopped cooked chorizo- and that’s real Tex-Mex !
This is a recepie with the Titel how to worth Time, use 1 Tortilla in the Pan, with Tomatosauce and Chees, put a second one on top, again Tomatosauce and whatever you like on top chees again close the pan an let the chees melt! Thats it!

I'm sure this is good. But why go to the trouble of cutting up the tortillas? Why not just make the pizza on a tortilla ?
I think cutting up the tortilla gives it more crunch.
