Kentucky's WIGWAM VILLAGE INN RENOVATION Tour!

- Kentucky's rustic Wigwam Village Inn, the motel built in 1937 that inspired the "Cars" movie's Cozy Cone Motel, has reopened with teepees being restored to their original greatness! We got to check off a bucket list item and spend the night and found there's more to do in Cave City, Kentucky than just cozy up in our historic teepee! Check it out with us!

This is so awesome. I have heard about these Wigwam motels. They are so cool. I can see how wigwam is a better sounding name than teepee. But the guy who built them should have built wigwams if he wanted to call it that. I have spent years thinking who ever planned these motels decades ago did know the difference between a teepee and a wigwam. LOL. But either way, this is a really unique and historical place to stay. We are glad yall finally got to stay here. Hope we can too some day. Thanks for sharing your stay with us!

Love 1930s stuff. The door, the tile so amazing. Plus hot and cold air and wifi. I'm excited. May travel through there later this year. New to channel and count me in for more of your adventures. I'm on the off ramp. Cheers to good adventures from that place. 👍
