Thanks for appreciation. Sir many things i implemented in my life because of that course. It is not a magic so results will not come overnight but you can easily notice difference in yourself after and before course. Honestly speaking daily m doing now in days i am doing 15 to 20 mins meditation only. But overall i will suggest go and attend this course with full of dedication it will help.

yes parking is available. still you can call to meditation center and ask about parking . As per my knowledge every center has parking facility.
Do they check bags before starting of course ( to check if you have eatables and mobile phone with you?)

yes there is a correct posture for mediation . they will guide you regarding asana. But at the end any sitting position makes you comfortable that is perfect asana for individual.

website gives vipassana to all but they have some reserved preferences to business owners and govt officials because they are on the leader positions and that one person can influence many people at a time.
Vipassana 10days course ke starting day par kitne bje tak phuchna hota hai.
you can reach there up to 2 to 5 pm .
