have you tried the model samples? any idea how this compares to that? I know they both dont have exactly the same capabilities, just interested in hearing someone's opinion that has used both...
8bits warps if you can only choose one. Though xfm is an insanely powerful full fm synth as well. They are all great. I would get the sampler if you have plenty of other synths though as it's fun to sample them through it.
I like the LoFi-12... hard to decide. Lol I have a huge assortment of pedals, is it possible to make this without a computer? th-cam.com/video/Qp3Mx5m2AIg/w-d-xo.html
@@iSeeZar DAW and plugins are free, if you're willing to limit yourself to open source and freeware stuff. Ardour isn't bad, maybe hard to use. And Audacity is free and better than most paid software when it comes to manipulating audio samples. enough processing on your cell phone's mic could be ... interesting. not sure if that's going to sound lofi though, but it is free. :D
This was really simple and useful, to the point and easy to follow. Thank you!
Great video 👏 I would love to see more content on the lofi 12 I am obsessed with this sampler.
Thanks. Nice job. Always interested in learning more about the Lo-Fi 12.
Perfect for Dungeon Synth I'd say!
Just ordered one. I'm so excited but I have no clue how long it will take to arrive from Japan.
Pocket Operators are cheaper and you can sample with a couple of them. This is definitely a better value though, for sure.

So out of the 3, the 8-bit, LoFi-12 and the FM, which do you recommend purchasing?

how do you feel about the texture lab?
I mean I want one ? They look cool. But with the addition of sample algos on the microfreak not sure how relevant it is for me personally.

i didn’t know you had to pay to get lofi sounds.
Of course you do, your microphone, DAW, plugins, and samples from records cost money. You're not ripping TH-cam into your pirated DAW, right bud?
@@iSeeZar Every great producer has, it's tradition
