You could literally put this recording in the game as a funny Easter Egg where Snake calls the wrong number thinking the guy is a secret agent, but he turns out to be just a tech support employee who assumes this is a prank call.

Dude someone should compile some clips from Batman the animated series (Kevin Conroy) for pranking someone! There are some hilarious quotes that can be used from the series, like "I know who Daddy is" or "Death is Death" in Batmans voice that would be Epic!
