The Miter is honestly just one of those early, easily accessible weapons that can *feel* great. The charge trigger makes it *feel* hefty... but it's not. The saw blades have no body bounce or punch thru, so charging the trigger is just a slow way to kill in a horde shooter while semi-auto burns through the small magazine, & both trigger types promote hand cramps. Seeing the Miter do solid work, & coupling it with endgame mods & high-end synergy builds? It's a true joy.
Now all we need is an incarnon optcior. Just imagine it: a secondary mode that trades all of it's crit and status for 3 seconds of a giant fuck off beam with like 100k base damage and infinite punch through.
Klamora prism for amps is the baby version of this. Pretty fun looking and has some dps to it (especially if you land the headshots), but deletes your entire energy bar in a second and the range requires you to almost shove the amp into your enemy's mouth to hit them.
I'm just glad so many of the incarnon weapons are busted because i was worried that the latron was gonna get nerfed (it's the only incarnon weapon i have). The more busted ones there are the more intentional them being so good looks and thus the less likely they are to be nerfed
I was just playing around with my newly assembled 747 Amp, where the 4 (Phahd) is a semi-auto homing bouncing glaive launcher, and thinking "I want this, but automatic and with some big boy damage to it", and here's DE serving up exactly what I wanted. Instant first pick!
just to clarify the fire rate from the first upgrade isn't tied behind the channeled abilities I believe because some have said the buffs on the first upgrades that involve channeled abilities or whatever are bugged and that you get them all the time but I'm of the firm belief they aren't bugged because they would've had this patched by now
I found the Slash Proc challenge to be difficult because my build has a lot more Heat than Slash. Guess I gotta fix that by replacing the Heat mod with Fanged Fusillade?
Just from playing 2-3 missions with it, it might become my (personal) nr.1 gun in the game. The effective range on this thing, considering it has HOMING, BOUNCING and area of effect, is way more busted than bramma ever was. And it deals enough dmg so you can drop a mod for P firestorm in Steel path even. No way this thing doesnt get any form of nerf, its everything you could want
Miter enjoier here: I tried it today with my riven from 3 years ago (status+crit+crit dmg). there is no way this is real, it melts like butter everything in sp, the discs go searching and explode. they will nerf for sure, too broken.

Homing sawblades AND fully automatic is exactly what i wanted if they ever made a Kuva Miter, so this is pretty great.
Ive been looking forward to this one. Neutralizing Justice is great, but the Miter was always a bit lackluster, so Im glad it finally got some love.

Strongest primary in the game right now, except for the part where DE switched the Atomos incarnon with the Kulstar/Torid, because of course they did.
I wouldn't use the projectile speed evolution. I've noticed it's what makes the homing kinda suck.

not necessarily because it isn't spreading every status effect in the game and is a bit clunky with hitting enemies
I dont like it, the incarnon is only 20 rounds, if you hold trigger in auto mode, it only takes 2-3 sec to finish the incarnon cycle... just annoying
It definitely runs out of ammo pretty quickly, but at least it only takes one or two shots to fully regain the charge
