    I really like the idea of the "Multishot is stronger but pulls Ammo from Ammo Capacity" Traits, but it should be **always** pulling from the regular form's Ammo Capacity, instead of pulling extra Incarnon Charge while in that form.

      yeah i first tried this on my torid incarnon and was wondering how my almost 200 rnds where gone if a few seconds of firing, swapped away from that perk and i can now fire for half a minute and basically do the same damage output lol

      I used this on the braton, my first Incarnon and I could not believe my eyes when it was doing like 4 ammo a shot. I was just like "I guess incarnons are like this, but I heard they're really busted so..." and struggled using it and just put it away on max level. I figured it out a long while after but oof.

      Also even if it worked as intended with 20% more damage, that means you'd lose 80% damage per round of ammo.

      It happen in the first round of incarnon genesis: braton. That why it is a curse, not upgrade, choosen anything but it..

    I mean its pretty good, Latron is better mostly because of the uptime with how many charges it gets. But the miter having homing shots? Thats a pretty compelling tradeoff

      @@--T3NN0-- that nerf meme needs to die, it doesn't fit anymore. Players have gained huge amounts of power increases over the last couple of updates/content patches, and the devs left a ton of player benefitting, broken stuff unfixed.

    I got a 200% crit chance, 180% slash, 70% fire rate....and -99% projectile speed riven for it, which makes the homing suprisingly good haha
    It oneshots a group of 8 lvl 180 eximus currupted heavy gunners without faction mod (after getting stacks). That power makes it worth using for me, probably my favourite incarnon weapon so far!

    The "20% extra damage on multishot projectiles" perk actually just giving 20 extra damage bug is funny as hell. The Braton Incarnon has a nearly identical perk that works exactly how you'd expect, so I'm not sure how they botched it up here. Then again that incarnon mode has it's own bugs (such as the ammo efficiency perk not working at all in either mode) so I guess we're just expecting bugs across the board here.

      tbf ammo efficency doesn't work in any weapon's incarnon mode, not even for the originals, so it isn't an issue for just the genesis guns. DE really should change that.

      Yea I rolled a +295% CC, +202% CD riven for it and it’s so hilariously op. I like using a Gas build with Nourish, deletes everything.

    Crazy that no ammo or magazine mods or effects work on incarnon modes EXCEPT when DE wants to take our ammo away, then it works on weapon charges....

    I personally have been loving the miter incarnon. In fact, I think its my favorite new gen incarnon so far. But you have pointed out some notable problems that I hope get fixing in the near future.

    The Miter is, in fact, my most used primary.
    Its actually gotten a few nerfs over the years, believe it or not
    A while ago, the Miter sawblade used to be 1 metre wide, meaning that you could hit people to either side of a shot
    Additionally, the gas nerf (changing gas to deal gas damage not toxin) hit Miter hard, as it used to have a vicious Ghoul build (cold/gas)
    And lastly, yeah, they nerfed the punch through.
    Miter used to have Infinite Punch Through on charged shots. This change just makes me sad to be honest...
    At the moment? Its fine. I love it. It has a special spot in my heart, and it honestly is pretty fun. Im sad we dont have a Kuva Miter, but i am delighted to learn we do have an Incarnon Miter

    my fav incarnon adapter until now is the dual toxocyst, they feel like the regulators but as a regular weapon, they may not be objectively the best but they are my favorite just wish they had more ammo when transforming, like 320 or more so I could just go monkey without the need to hold back

    I've always like the idea of a saw blade launcher from the moment I discovered the miter so naturally I was infatuated when I heard about the incarnon upgrade. Despite all the bugs the incarnon form is still very good and I'm very happy with this glow up.

    I remember them talking about making multishot consume extra ammo in like 2017 or 16 or so - the community lashed out so hard they scrapped that idea entirely, idk how they thought making it a perk would get anyone to pick it lmao.

    DE often experiments with different weapon mechanics on live product before shipping it (example: Opticor aoe having line of sight, Falcor homing, Ocucor tendrils, Knell and Arca Scisco giving sniper combo mechanic, etc) so I guess it was a test from a devstream very long ago about nerfing multishot so it would take the extra bullets from the magazine directly. It was before rivens existed.

    I think the multishot perk is not inherently bad, I just think it's implemented badly. In my opinion, it should not affect incarnon mode, at least the ammo part, and the bonus damage should either be bonus base damage or bonus total damage. In other words, it should increase the base weapo stats or act as a Rhino buff. This would create this archetype of much more powerful but more costly weapons, which would promote a weapon switching playstyle, giving value to having a well thought out load out.

      If you have a riven with MS you can charge incarnon mode with a single bullet so I think it's pretty balanced

    Do we stop slotting all projectile speed at all to avoid the currently janky homing angle? Or just do it anyway?

    The tracking thing makes sense. The way they do tracking is probably in radians/s. So when you increase projectile speed it turns at the same rate, but for less time --> it turns less.
    The better way to do this would be changing the homing speed calculation to be (base homing speed) * (1 + projectile speed increase) radians/s.
    For example
    If the projectile has a base homing speed of pi/6 radians/s and you mod for + 50% flight speed it would become:
    (pi/6) * (1 + .5) radians/s = pi/4 radians per second.
    If the target were one second away at base velocity your projectile would turn pi/6 radians
    At 150% projectile speed the target would be 2/3 of a secoond away and your projectile would turn (2/3) * (pi/4) = pi/6 radians
    TL;DR: It makes sense why the homing would get worse with projectile speed because of how homing (probably) works, but it would be a simple fix to make homing consistent with increased or decreased projectile speed

    By far the best Incarnon weapon so far, for me at least, has been the lex prime. I have a slash viral build on it and it one shots anything that doesn't have overshields up to level 200 steel path, not been beyond that so far. Plus, I can throw on my favourite melee weapon, Glaive Prime, and use both to slash up anything in the way.

    I still think that torid is the better pick in this batch. After all it is more "consistent" because it spreads from one enemy to another within certain radius -> no need for random bounces or homing (also it charges incarnon form even from body shots). Granted it lacks the heat aspect miters incarnon form has. Then again as mentioned in the video we already have latron that works almost the same in incarnon form as miter does. However it has the benefit of puncture proc armor strip making it preferable to miter in my oppinon.

    Btw the same bug/feature (20% increased damage is in fact 20 damage flat)is in Nami solo, instead of 20% per second healing it's 20 health flat per second, healing. We'll never know is a translation error or programming error : )

    Off topic, but would you consider doing a breakdown on the Prime vs Telos Boltor options? Most of the coverage I’ve see on TH-cam so far either says Prime is better because of base damage, or Telos is better because of it’s crit chance. Non of them really get into the weeds of comparing crit multiplication (red vs orange, etc) or the effect of their differing status chance on Galvanized Aptitude and viral application.
    On one hand, if the Telos is reaching a whole different tier of crit multiplier, its lower base damage may be accounted for, but if the Prime’s status chance means more viral and Aptitude damage, then my gut tells me that the Prime would probably still be better.

Plus, given how little people have actually explained why they believe one is more powerful than the other, it's possible the difference isn't small at all. If Telos has slightly less base damage, but multiplying it's damage by higher amount on crits, that could be substantial. If the lower crit chance of the Prime is made up for by additional Viral stacks, or benefit from Galvanized Aptitude, that could be substantial as well. Will the game be unplayable without knowing which is best? of course not. Would it be nice to know which will you the most bang for your buck before throwing 5-6 formas into something? Yes please.

    People are sleeping on the Furis Incarnon- its insanely good with a good riven, and makes you functionally immortal with the life steal mod.
    Mine easily instagibs steel path enemies up to lv 200~ then it starts to take a few seconds to kill eximusi of harder enemies.

      @@SiamHossain7 idk what people have been smoking, furis even before incarnon was sleeper op because it already made you functionally immortal if you modded it well or had a decent riven, even into late steel path, it just couldnt kill anything outside of base star chart- but the incarnon form turns it into a monster that wipes the floor with steel path all the way to hour+ endless missions.

    Lot of ppl disappointed with the miter, and I dont know if it just has a bad reputation for it having bugs, or if a lot of people didnt choose it and are just repeating what they hear, but this thing is still able to do literally everything, and functionally is just a cooler and more fun latron, and is still more than worthwhile investing into imo.

    As for why the incarnon explodes 2ce...
    Simply put it punches trough enemys exploding on impact, when leaving the enemy mesh it registers an impact, thus making it explode 2ce.
    Basic coding error when making new projectile mechanics.

    @TheKengineer, I don't disagree the multishot doesn't make sense to pull from the Capacity, but I assume what they were doing is trying to make it where you could drop a vigilante armaments and still get the same damage output, but if they just put the perk as mulitshot does 20% more damage, it would change the mod build. It seems like an attempt to break the "default" modding, but poorly chosen negative. Seems like if that was what they were going for, it would have the down side that only applies to 3x or 5x mulitshot or lower. Something like that.

    I was tempted to go after the Miter, especially once I saw what it was, but TBH, I just can never quite feel comfortable with charge-type triggers. I manage to cheat it a bit with the Nataruk via excessive fire rate, but I only get away with that due to Nataruk being insanely strong. That, and it was competing with Atomos and Torid and I wasn't about to pass up on increasing my collection of chaining beam weapons.

    With my 100% Proj Speed Riven and 50% Proj Speed from the Tree, my projectiles were so fast, that it felt like they don't have any homing in the first place.
    I wish I kept that Riven for a bit longer and tested what it looks like when adding in Terminal Velocity as well! :c
    Overall, I enjoy the Incarnon Miter a lot! One of my favorite weapons thematically, and now it is very good! (and an amazing Anti Corpus Tool)

    I've liked the basic Miter for years now with a gas "AoE" build, so I'm pretty hyped for this! Now if only they'd do something about the name... it's not making miter cuts lol

    Im really interested if the soma will have the ammo reserve eater, then we can maybe use plated rounds and more easily consumer the entire mag in the 10 second window for insane damage mult numbers

    Neutralizing justice is such a hilariously stupid mod. It effects one enemy in warframe and wastes a slot just to insta pop nullifier bubbles when 3 multishot blades does the same thing, then you take one shot to kill the nullifier. The justice effect is slow proccing enough that it doesn't even really matter, and certainly does not justify the slot.
    Ive said this since day 1, its one of the worst niche augments in warframe.

    fun fact, when you switch back to normal form by default (not pressing the key) you then proceed to suck up all ammo around you infinitely, creating and ear raping sound at first and then settling to a lower frequency of just ammo pickups non-stop! 🙃 (until you reload or change form again)

    I simply cannot imagine implementing ANYTHING while coding and not checking the resulting numbers afterward to ensure that I didn't fuck it up, and yet it seems that this happens every time with these Incarnon weapons. Once or twice is excusable, but after the run of similar errors present in the first set, they should have become more vigilant with the Duviri ones. I know that it's a lot of things to test, but someone should be doing it. It's not difficult.

    To them, high usage rate = justification for nerf.

    I think the "multishot draws ammo from reserve" is *supposed* to be a negative, considering many of the powers in the same tier impose some kind of restriction (ie. must be channelling an ability), but all of the restrictions are so, so bad (and buggy!) that they're simply not worth using, the multishot one in particular is just very stupid design. But that's par for the course in Warframe... DE seems to think that fun things must always be paired with crippling restrictions (ie. their earlier insistence on drawbacks for explosive weapons, which they still haven't formally withdrawn). And considering how all rivens should be rolled to Multishot, it's absolutely astonishing that DE thinks that making Multishot worse is a price people are willing to pay.
    PS. I've noticed the Miter Incarnon's homing ability *actively avoid* hitting enemies. Fire multiple shots at the same static target, the projectile turns to the right to avoid it, and then turns hard left to... I don't even know what. But I don't care. It's such a stupid weapon, and powerful enough to clear rooms in SP, that I use it despite all of its... quirks.

    The initial homing shots are a liability it causes me to miss more shots than in the normal mode. If a enemy is moving horizontally to you and you aim it throws the shot off. Also you cannot choose the enemy you want to hit in a crowd. If a dangerous eximus is in a crowd gl. I still like the weapon just wish it didn't have the initial shot homing.

    good on you for calling out DE at the end there...the incarnon bugs are comically frequent, and there's been a number of extremely questionable design choices in there too. to the point it looks like one dev cranked out all the perks in one hour at 4AM in a fit of insomnia and it got rushed into the game the next day with almost no testing. a lot of the guns are dope but yeesh these problems are a downright embarrassing look

    lex riven 300%dmg and 100% firerare works well with hemmorhage even though i would prefer crit stats.
    the torid is somewhat buggy with corro cold modded it sometimes procs viral and sometimes only cold. cant wrap my hand around it to make it a viral corro primer sadly

    This is pretty saddening to hear. I was honestly excited to plow towards steel path to make some sad weapons not sad. Hearing it's this bugged makes me want to take it a bit slower

    I always thought nullifiers were one of the coolest enemy designs, and a single shot that hits a bunch of times (Like a sawblade) is just such a nice organic counter.
    Also, there is one amp part that shoots REALLY fast, the name escapes me, but it's something to consider for nullies as well, especially if you're an Exergis + Mara Detron Mag or the like.
    What? A Tenet Detron? I've been gone for too long.`
    Also, while WF isn't very horizontal in it's sandbox balance, it's cool that they do bring old ones back, even if they're essentially a new weapon with a familiar disguise.

    The 1st time I got the miter I read the weapon doing headshots and thought it would be fantastic.
    However the only thing fantastic about it was how much it disappointed me.

    Honestly for me ive had more fun with this then the latron incarnon cause its like firing a swarm of explosive bouncing bees even tho the latron is probably more practical

    The reload on empty perk is bugged in general. My lex will sometimes reload faster when empty and for some reason it’s much for consistent when I reload while aiming.

    this update has consistently showns an internal shift at DE, wether that is a yet to be seen huge update or not, the duviri paradox is an embarresment. from bugs to guns to straight up untested features... how did they let it be released in such a poor state

    i have noticed the projectile speed mods causing the same issue with cedo alt fire, first taking a while for the projectiles to start tracking often missing the enemy in the first place, and secondly they don't track well enough to compensate for the speed increase
