    Baby Natural is looking at you... literally. Your little gal can now open and close her pretty peepers! And while her eyesight is still fairly poor, she can sense bright lights. (You may even see her react if you shine a flashlight on your belly.)
    Speaking of eyes, did you know that eye pigment doesn't fully bloom until at least 9 months, and sometimes up to two years? Yes, most brown-eyed people will begin life with darker blue, almost grey eyes. Whereas true blue-eyed individuals will have brighter, lighter blue eyes.

    You're constantly on the move, buzzing around all day getting things done. So you’d think by bedtime, you’d sleep like a baby. (BTW, if you want a refresher on how to sleep safely while pregnant, check it here.)
    But, not so fast. You toss. You turn. You add even more pillows. And instead of sleeping, you find yourself staring at the ceiling or counting sheep.
    Truth is, you’re bigger than before, and getting comfortable just isn’t as easy. You can also thank all of your surging hormones, which can mess with sleep cycles.

    27weeks and been falling asleep easily but waking up from 4:30-5:30/6 sometimes hungry too. I think trying to keep invasive thoughts or thinking about things that I don’t need to at all, especially at 5am lol t is the hardest part, Im find info focusing on breathing to be helpful and relaxing my muscles, sometimes I move to the lazy boy couch and have a really nice morning sleep.     My best time of sleep is daytime instead of night time so I sleep all day 😅 first time mama here. 27wks

      Each trimester is 13 weeks and 2 days. So you start your third trimester at 26 weeks and 4 days.

    Am 27weeks of my pregnancy and its really annoying when i cant get my SLeep. I noticed i OnLy SLeep 3-4 hrs at night &then no more..it Lasted ALmost a week. Im waking up w/ hunger and i dont want to eat..i just want to back to SLeep but i cant

      Ugh that’s SO tough!! Pregnancy is not necessarily a fun experience. Maybe look into a magnesium or melatonin supplement to help you sleep? A great pregnancy pillow may help too!! I hope you get some awesome sleep SOON!

    I keep getting worried because I’m not showing a lot and I’m 27 weeks. This is my 4 pregnancy. But the doctor says baby is fine. But I’m still worried. I’ve also developed sciatic pain on my right side 😥

      Everyone is different and not everyone has a huge pregnancy belly! It’s nothing to be concerned about ♥️ for the sciatic pain, you can always see a chiropractor!

      Haha chuck it up. It's ur babeh. I can't even get mad at mine. Shes a bit feisty tho. Babehs just going about discovering stuff in there. & not that it's that late right now. But I was thinking I'd head to sleep early tonight. She had other plans. I swear her & my pets got another language of their own. Or at least my pets do w/ her. Even our dogs going through a fake pregnancy thing. I have absolutely never heard of this till now. She doesn't hoard toys tho 🤔🤷🏻‍♀️

      There is A LOT of time for your baby to change positions!! Usually your baby's position is not a reason for concern at all until 36-38 weeks!

      Studies show that red raspberry tea doesn’t have an benefit when you start it earlier than 32 weeks. You can actually cause contractions having it too soon.

    Raspberry LEAF tea and raspberry tea are NOT the same XD I repeat, they're not the same! I made this mistake last pregnancy ahahha. I was like, "Hey, this raspberry tea is great"...my doula was like, "....LEAF tea?"

      At this point in pregnancy, baby may still be moving all around into various positions! Babies typically turn head down around weeks 34-37.

      @@mamanatural that’s why I drink it. When I drink normal water I feel more thirsty and need to use the toilet way more then I need to. So I switched to coconut water and I feel great.
