Awesome content as always. I'm a leg spinner who'm had a slightly angled walk to the crease and bowled decent with every variation until the coach had me do the cone alignment drill. Everything felt uncomfortable and threw me off my natural way of bowling. Anyways i'm now a relative senior in the team and still learning and developing my skills. Keep up the good work.

Hey, I am no coach but what I wanted to say is If you have prepared well enough then there won't be any pressure/worry when you go out and play. As you said "Low strike rate" practice to improve it talk with your coach and your fellow team mates on how you can train on it to become better. Good luck :)

Work on your alignment and start off slow, youll be able to keep your arm straight when you do it slow and think about it, then build up muscle memory and start increasing your pace
