You bring back memories of my dad when you laugh. You sound just like him when you do. He passed away last year from a massive heart attack. TY for giving me a great memory. Ty for your content too.
Thanks for the prayer. I literally prayed right before you did as I was laying here watching getting ready for bed not knowing you were about to. Just makes me think.. may God watch over and help you provide for you and yours, amen.
Thank you Zach, it was fun to have a little adventure with you - and a great reminder for those of us who can’t necessarily plan a big, long term, 30 day + situation to still just get out there! As you said, we can learn something every time 💜
Seriously this guy is a legend, and by the comments I see that for a lot of you guys this is the first time seeing his content. May I suggest going all the way back to the beginning and enjoy👍 when you wrap that up you gotta check out Greg Ovens, seriously these two are fishing magicians and do some fun stuff! Get out and enjoy what nature has to offer this year!

This actually was probably pretty satisfying for Zach he hasn't done this kind of an adventure in a while now must have been nice just to get our on his own it looks like a great little place
I wasn't feeling this at first, because it's so different, but man....I'm so glad I watched it through. Peace be with you always Zach, and thank you for reminding us of what really matters.
Bro you have clearly established you can survive on bare minimum. Just enjoy yourself and continue making amazing content to watch. You have already proven your no joke. Be blessed and continue being a blessing.
Zach, man your adventures stand alone as story enough, no need to feel you've got to tell some tale...there are many already doing that...but YOU bro, well, me for one am loving all your exploits and adventures and live them right there with you...vicariously. I really enjoyed this video, Zach! It felt great to just spend some time with you on a little adventure. I've definitely been missing this type of content from you.
I know what ate the eel. Look at 8:21 that’s the biggest mouse I’ve ever seen. Great use of the shovel and thanks for the $100 off of the Anker power pack.
Its great to see Zach return to his old style of video its so much more personal and real when there's no special affects and camera crew i did see Spiderman at dark tho when he was cutting up the fish for super. Great video Zach keep em coming buddy
I enjoy your stuff SO MUCH !! I Really liked how you put your Shovel Head under a Heavy Rock, then used the handle as a Tie-Down! Awesome !!! Stay Happy and Safe Brother !!
Watching your videos, it makes me really excited for my trip to Maine at the end of June. Getting really excited to get back up there and do some kayaking and fishing and get married in Acadia. Such a gorgeous place. We miss it every year, especially when our weather is expecting 90s next weekend while y'all are expecting a nice mid 60s on the coast and the mid 70s inland up that way lol
You remind me of the knight in Monty python's the holy grail. Both arms and legs lopped off in battle and still the optimistic calling his adversary to keep fighting. You never give up and take everything with happiness. Thank you.

Hey Zach! I love the autographed card we get with our woodobo; I have a question! How do decide where to place your camera for the great camera angles you capture?
I am soooooo with you on the Bait Caster. Looks awesome when the pros use it, looks great on the rod, but I just can't figure the damn thing out. Rats nest EVERY TIME!!!
Lol The bird you heard in the morning was a red winged black bird. I appreciate you getting out and enjoying nature. You are inspiring me. I have all the gear I need but haven't been camping in years. My great grandmother loved eels and if we caught any, we would bring them to her. She would always skin them before cooking.
For the bait caster- real the lure up to the eye of the pole and hold it at 45 degrees away from you and click to release the bail. Once the lure hits the ground the spool should stop spinning without over rotating. Use the little knob near the breaks to adjust that. Breaks inside the shroud will adjust the backlash at the beginning of the cast, main outside break for lure size and wind. That bass looked a bit small bud! Thanks for the vid :)
One bravo for the video concept! One bravo for the video editing! The biggest bravo for finding yourself in this small trip! Thank you for sharing my brother! Stay safe and keep having fun!
I sure hope that someone always knows where you are when you are out on an adventure. I can't count all the adventurers have vanished with out a trace , and no one even knew where to start looking. I'd hate to loose your content, I'd have to start watching more wooded 😂🤣😂🤣
