Love the review on the latest 2 gimbals by Zhiyun that is suitable for travel usage! Nice tip and showcase at the end too that helps to promote the functions with even with post production guides! Simple and well equipped gimbal for full frame camera that is also suitable for new gimbal users.
Been able to travel more lately and would definitely be a bonus to the video creation. Been taking long walking shots and the stabilization from the gimbal would definitely help in all the nature/scenery shots. Would be also amazing for taking some b rolls! Also love the additional attachments that are able to be add on to the gimbal, everyone do love a overprepared setup instead of panicking when you wish you had add on additional rigs when shooting! It is an all in one bundle for single person set up which is often the case when you go exploring and shooting on your own.
Also commenting for 360 panorama feature soon! Would be a great feature for future updates/gimbals! More video options is definitely a plus point to keep in one's arsenal.

Thanks for another amazing video that helps everyone gain knowledge in shooting VR content. I just got an R5C and Dual fisheye lens setup and have been hesitant to get the Ronin RS3 Pro because of the base plate. I think it could work if you chopped the baseplate maybe. But I love all the features you listed in this review and really great having the added fill and the wrist support. I want to start shooting some VR videos on a boat and I know that doesn’t work on a tripod so I would love to test it out with one of the WeeBill 3S gimbals! It’s really nice of you to be giving one away! It would be cool to share the footage of whatever the person you choose to give it to shoots :). Thanks again Hugh!

Thank you! On a boat btw, not sure a gimbal can get rid of the movement. I think it is okay to move with the boat b/c your anchor point is moving - the boat. RS3 you will need my setup mentioned here - with a rail system and offset the weight with a mount at the end. You can see my DJI setup on R5C here as well.

Thanks for the video, Hugh Hou! In the current movie business, we are seeing a lot of sequels and big budget movies with known characters for years, so they don't "flop". I feel Hollywood is becoming afraid of taking chances and imo original ideas are "dying". I believe with all the equipment that independent creators have have nowadays its our time to take a chance and jump! I am going to direct/make a feature film all by myself (talking about the behind the scenes) from production through the end product. I wanna show independent creators that it is possible and that if they have a great idea they should go ahead and make it happen! Don't wait hoping that one day it will happen and make it happen. This gimbal would definitely make my scenes look way more professional than them being handheld and it will also save a lot of time during the actual filming of the movie. There are plenty of incredible ideas out there that are not being made because people are "afraid" or "unsure" about them. But this is the time to give them a little push and to show that anyone can be a filmmaker and that their ideas are worth and meant something. Have an incredible day!

I need this gimbal because I can't afford one, with engergy and economic crisis, so my videos turn out bad I have to use the stabilizer funciton in post edit, sucks - so I turn to my Xiaomi Smartphones for video but it is not full frame, I want to do bigger end things, music videos etc, but I have to rent equipment to do it. It will make me a better Videographer because I will have stabilization, and I can do a lot more with a gimbal, different shots, put a mono pod on it to make it go through windows, objects, or act as a drone, there are limitless possibilities if only I can convince to give me one, and if you also gave me a new EOS R8 with lenses that would make me rise to the level and finally be able to do projects that I can make money with.

This is more for full frame dslr with one of those fisheye lens the pros use. Shorter lens is better - I think the 7Artisans with APS-C camera will be even better as no parallax issue - camera balanced in no-parallax point.

Hello Hugh... greetings from Colombia... I was reviewing your video again because of the capabilities of the SHARGEEK 100 (former Storm 2 Power Bank)... I want to ask you about how would you rate SHARGEEK 100 vs Vmount battery prsented in this video... Since I received my R5C and dual fisheye nearly 4 months ago, I have been shooting based on my 2 original Canon LP-E6NH batteries with mo more than 25 five minutes per battery and some colleges borrowed sometimes 5 more for shootings on set...
I am really affraid to use external power on the R5C because a collegue (also from Colombia) burns her R5C (and died) using an Anton Bauer V-Mount battery a few months ago. I have been browsing some info and watching some reviews related to external power solutions but in a couple of cases I have noticed some WARNINGS in some Smalrig V-mount batteries when using with Canon R5C.... look at the NOTE (in the last bullet of the description): www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0B6Z9K42P?tag=parkerwalbe01-20&geniuslink=true&language=en_US
After this months, I am tired of the power consumption and I need to get an external power solution but feeling safe about no warning and no risk for my R5C because currrently is my main camera and VR 180 Shooting is the most important line of my services.
Please tell me after a few months since you upload this video where you present this option for external power using the SHARGEEK 100... if you are still using as external power delivery or if you have experienced any unespected issue.
Altough this SHAREGEEK is not the most comfortable option for camera rig, I think is the most interesting option for enough power for SOLO PRODUCTION been able to give power for some light source and camera at the same time (as you present in the video) and in special for the possibility to enhance the ecosystem with the "Power Bank Solar Panel"...
As usual, thanks a lot for your help and valuable info.

So I use the SHARGEEK to power everything in a pinch. And charge all my Insta360 camera. It works great. But I do use V-mount battery mostly for R5C. I don't think there is any Anton Bauer has USB-C PD power delivery in 60W. I use this one listed in this video: th-cam.com/video/5YFRfhjXwiA/w-d-xo.html - just because V-mount batter is easier to mount on tripod, gimbal and provide correct reading. And 99Wh can last all day. And I have lots of those lol. So I think they both works, just make sure whatever you use has approved USB-C power delivery.

Let me share my heart-wrenching tale 😢::sob:: 😢::sob:: of my DJI gimbal repair woes and why I'm the perfect candidate for your Zhiyun Weebil 3S giveaway aka "Darth Vader Gimbal". You see in a galaxy far far away (just somewhere in Malaysia), my poor DJI RSC2 has been stuck in a never-ending 'gimbal' limbo for the past six months, probably having a never-ending vacation in the repair shop.
Meanwhile, I've been honing my skills in 'gimbal-less' filmmaking, with my camera constantly shaking like it's doing a never-ending Zumba workout! I've tried everything to fill the void, from strapping a potato to a selfie stick to balance my camera, to enlisting the help of a trained circus monkey to stabilize my shots (spoiler alert: it didn't end well).
Firstly, let's talk about the ergonomic wrist rest, or as what Hugh Boy calls… the "Gimbal Butt 🍑 " My DJI gimbal never had such a luxurious feature. Finally, a gimbal that understands the importance of giving my wrist the tender loving care it deserves. I can't wait to experience the sheer bliss of resting my wrist on this delightful cushion, as if my gimbal and I were enjoying a spa day together. Ah, the sweet relief!
Now, let's address the elephant in the room - heavy camera setups. As I see the Zhiyun Weebil 3S can bear the weight of my “behemoth camera setup” with ease . So, not only will I finally have a working gimbal, but I'll also be able to use it with the same bulky camera rig that I've come to know and love. It's a match made in gimbal heaven!
Hugh Boy, do hope that I have the chance to be the lucky winner for this giveaway. "Together, we shall rule the galaxy
