My loadout is SO similar to yours. I wear my maco karambit knockoff in the appendix position. I carry a zippo but I went with the single burner butane insert. I wear my weapon in the same position. Ankle med kit. There are differences but many similarities. It's cool to see someone else do the appendix knife thing. I have taught Filipino martial arts for most of my adult life, and it just seemed like a natural place to put it.

Love the 226. I’ve carried a 228 since the mid 90s. Recently switched to a X Macro (no comp- prefer the extra 1/2 inch and don’t want to blind myself).

Me too! It’s reliable, accurate, feels like real pistol in hand. I’ve got my eye on the xmacro conversion kit. I carry the x a lot. The comps are a great idea in theory but you’re right all that gas directed out of the top….

In two days, I will elevate my EDC carry with the Nightstalker CQC in AEB-L (on its way). Current EDC: ankle trauma kit, Wilderness Tactical belt, Modlite flashlight, and other fun stuff. I can alternate between the Nightstalker and the Striker in a little over a month. Can hardly wait to get my hands on both blades.

Lol i get a chuckle everytime i see someone walking around with a tourniquet
It’s never cracked me to see a man willing to carry things to help others. Especially when I saw my brethren carry them on active duty. Typically you don’t see someone openly carrying a TQ, they are in pockets or ankle carried under clothes. I work in an industry that’s constantly on range or around things that pose a serious threat to life, there are times when it’s required gear for someone to have a TQ. It’s not really that laughable.
Those suspenders would be a great use for my personal protection kit. Lots of concealed stuff!

Wow thats quite a load out to carry. Do you have a tray system to keep them all organized after work? I keep my EDC in two trays on my workbench when they arent being carried. Side note, would pick up a few pairs of those suspenders if you made em. God bless.

I have had my 5.11 belt for 9 years almost. I got it on sale for 30$ it's the double sided tan/black. Had the polymer buckle. I can wear it though medal detectors . That's why I originally got it.

Pretty sure that Surefire Stiletto isn’t 2000 lumens? 1000 if it’s the pro, 650 if it’s the regular.
Have you considered getting a sling bag to carry a lot of your stuff? It might save you time in getting dressed and putting all your gear in their places. With a bag it’s all contained in one unit that you can grab and go. I’d still carry the weapons on your belt though.
I have done that. I have a video on sling bag carry. I just prefer this way.

Please make the suspenders I have lower back and neck injury and at times I think stuff in my pockets (not even close to what you're carrying) is too heavy for me. I literally feel like my back will give out any time and sometimes it hurts so much it feels like it will snap

How comfortable is that holster for you? Looks like is digging into your side pretty hard and your not sitting down yet. When it comes to wearing a firearm holster iwb, or any kind of carry do you have to just deal with it being uncomfortable? Don’t trade comfortable with performance? Hope makes sense.

In the video it was the 32 degree cools from Costco and I’ve switched to 100% cotton wife beater types now.
All my pockets are always full also! Keeps a licking and keeps on ticking that saying was made famous by Timex in the 1950’s I was just watching old timex watch tv commercials a few weeks ago . They had elephants step on them, attached them to pile drivers and outboard boat motors, and beat them up in paint shakers on live tv back in the 50’s and 60’s . G-shock watches have nothing on those old timex watches lol. I always carry two Tkell blades on me and a folder plus everything that you showed on your video minus the handgun because Nj laws won’t allow it. Love your blades! Waiting for your M1 folder to come out so I can ad it to my edc . Then I’ll only carry TKell blades !!👍🏻👍🏻🇺🇸🇺🇸Tim have a blessed Sunday and God bless .

Rain and sunshine don’t threaten my life so I opt to carry items that mitigate the greatest risk to that.

My understanding of risk comes from my firsthand personal experiences. I trust my active duty Marine Corps experiences, training backgrounds, and actual life experience over your TH-cam assessments. Thank you for your concerns about my dryness in inclement weather, my finances, and my comfort.
I was extremely uncomfortable wearing and training in the gear associated with warfare but understood that the benefits of that garb far out weighed the discomfort. My job may have changed but I feel personally charged with protection of my wife and children. It’s extremely important for me to be the front line incase something happens because I don’t trust your umbrella to do that for me and I’ll carry what I know to be best for that based upon the above mentioned. If you don’t see things the same way as I do based upon your personal experiences, then please feel free to carry on with your life as you see fit.

They now make carry sized handguns and carry sized weapon lights. You should check them out! I mean it’s cool to carry a brick if you want to but there are definitely more comfortable, reliable options!
I have compact carry firearms, lots of them. I chose to carry my P226 on this particular day. I’m fine with that choice
