Hi Georgina, I agree we should wear what we want regardless of convention, but having been overweight all my life i've spent most of it trying to blend in so bright patterns are out of my comfort zone. Definitely don’t beat yourself up when you have to size up. I’ve noticed in many of these items when I order, sometimes I can size down and sometimes I have to size up. I try to go off the measurements of the garment itself when available and ignore the “size.” I think the black dungarees look cute on you and don’t look too small but I know sometimes that changes for me when I sit down and perhaps is the same situation for you.
Hi Sara, sizing is such a minefield, even within the same brand. It's only a label and I. try not to get hung up on numbers. I appreciate the reassurance , the dungarees did look cute but placement of pockets was odd and although I didn't try i'm sure there would have been issues had I tried to sit down🫣. xx
You have the most pleasant voice! I love listening to you. I liked the white dress and it's too bad the shoulders weren't right. The animal print skirt looked really nice on you! Not too baggy and flatters your body! I'd wear it in the summer! Looser jeans are in style at the moment and I think those jeans looked fine. Yes, the denim skirt did not fit and accented your negative body traits. The darker one did fit better. I watched a style video and the woman gave some good style advice: " Dress for the body you have now! Not the body you wish you had or the body you used to have. Always check the size/measurement guide on the site you are ordering from and always measure yourself before ordering." It can be a bit discouraging at the time, but you will end up with an item that fits!! 🙂 Don't iron!! Use a wrinkle- releaser spray. When I get clothing online that's comes terrible wrinkled I just use the spray and it works just great! I really recommend that instead of ironing. The pleated dress looks great on you! I'd go for it! The v-neck on the pink dress was very flattering and I think a bra with more support would really help your silhouette. I don't mean to offend you, but looking great starts with a great foundation! A bra with good support is a must no matter what your bust size is!

I will look out for the de creaser and definitely try to dress to my current shape and size. It's just a shame that garment sizes vary so much between shops and even within shops and sometimes websites themselves just don't go into detail enough on each individual items sizing. Obviously tailoring would be best solution to get perfect fit, but there are no affordable options near to me and although I have done some sewing in the past, alterations are a little more specialist. such a shame as some lovely pieces. Hi Susan Well a New Look haul. I buy my jeans now from Asda. Very stretchy and £20. Worth a shot. Or the power hold jeggings in next are good. What about a linen trousers white a nice floaty top for this party you are going to. I wouldn’t mind that skirt myself tbh.the midi skirt would be great. I like those dungarees also. The jumpsuit in rust has a cross over bodice and no good on people with a big chest. Don’t give up it’s not your fault that you haven’t found the right thing yet. Hi Rhian, I must try the Asda jeans, I think you have recommended them before. I think the real issue is styles such as mom, bootcut jeans etc really don't flatter my figure. I need the larger size to accommodate the belly but I've got skinny legs in comparison so the proportions don't look right and they feel huge around thighs. Ive already got lots of jeggings and stretch skinny jeans, but im trying to get away from them as the stylists keep telling us they aren't in fashion at the moment! Don't worry I won't be giving up, who knew failing was so much fun and it just gives me excuse to do more videos. The jeans from Asda are the cropped wide leg jeans. The lady who I watched on this said that they helped her so am sharing this with you. Maybe a chat with someone who specialises in shapewear may be able to help you as the reason of pregnancy. All the best, you deserve trying but I can understand how you feel . My tummy area is not that big but it’s noticeable all through abdominal surgery. Am eager to see what your next video is like. Take care xx

You certainly couldn't run for a bus if wearing it, not that I actually catch many buses and if I did doubt I could run for one anyway, 🫣. Hi sweetheart, I actually liked the white dress. Can you sew or know someone who can? All you need for that style not to fall down is a little press studded loop on the edge of the sleeve to attach to your bra and sorted. I also liked the 'hippie dungarees', made you look slim no need to upsize, another few pounds off and you'll look fantastic in that! I never told you much about me before....I was in your position all of my life and always looking for the disguise! And I admire you so much for pushing the boundaries and trying new things. The empire line maxis (the blue cruise one) always suit. After my darling (😂🤢) husband left me 6 years ago for a younger model, I stopped eating and my weight dropped. I used it as a quick start and after a lot of hard work am now a size 12. I see so much of me in you which is why I watch you so enthusiastically. You will get there my love and you will be able to wear anything. In the meantime you are a beacon of hope to all of us. The ditsy dress is not too young. We no longer live in the age of polyester twin sets and pearls. Set your sights on some leather look leggings and go girl! if you ever doubt yourself ( I don't think you will, you are a strong lady) you know where I am if you need some positivity and im rooting for you xxxx

Hi Monica, no doubt they would and sorry if I didn't make it clear but the fact that it creased so badly when in package indicated that it wouldn't travel well. The dress would be used as a formal night dress on a cruise, and packed in a suitcase so meant it wasn't going to be suitable. xx

When you're having fitting problems, you may need certain items tailored to fit you. We have affordable ones where I live.

Those creases will wash out of polyester.
Hi Monica, no doubt they would and sorry if I didn't make it clear but the fact that it creased so badly when in package indicated that it wouldn't travel well. The dress would be used as a formal night dress on a cruise, and packed in a suitcase so meant it wasn't going to be suitable. xx
