as someone who follows both (not as an astrologer, just watching), my observation is that yes, the Vedic system appears to be more accurate. However....the thing that I dislike is that most vedic astrologers are so much more focused on the negatives than the positives. I know... I know... forwarning, caution, ... but frankly, lots of times the negativity is unhelpful and unnecessary.
I see what your saying and the criticism you are placing sometimes is valid. I will say this though, dont let your impression of certain astrologers influence your impression of the system as a whole Some do go over the top with the negativity, a for a few possible reasons. First is they might actually be telling you more to look out for something, that the western system cannot seem. Second is eastern societies and mindset in general tend to be less wishy washy, which is completely upto personal preference but if you look you can probably find some that arent as negative. Third is unfortunately some do instill fear for increased chances of client paying or being a repeat customer or being correct about an extreme event. There are other possible reasons i didnt remember while replying here that also could be worth noting. I will say this though, being overly positive as iv seen some western ones do in my opinion can be worse (emphasis on “can be”, not will be). Its on the opposite end of the extreme which can be just as enticing for the mind if not more enticing. Being positive has its place but being overly positive, usually not based on grounded logic (keywords on both “grounded” and “logic”, you need both), is not actually going to be effective astrologically if we are purely talking about astrology only. Although being extra positive can be beneficial for mental health in the short terms in other ways by providing hope, confidence, etc. But these benefits will be short lived for the most part (there are exceptions), and just being overly optimistic isn’t astrology, its more of a motivator or life coach or something (which is a part of being an astrologer also, but if theres not grounded logic that is also unbiased knowledgeable experienced looking at all the variables in the whole story to support your claim then idk how i would view any claim they make)
BS. I’m 47 yrs old. And I started studying astrology for 5 years. And all the things happened to me, my friends and relatives I compared Vedic vs western. Western is absolutely way more accurate than Vedic. So sorry to break the news to you.
That should be forbidden! You should try and be modern. Westerners don't know about that stuff because they don't live in prehistoric times like you. I know that your not able to grasp realty...but if your going deeper into "that" people will (and should) ignore your content.
