- In this video, I give you a tour of my tiny studio apartment in the Latin Quarter, Paris! My rent is €1200 per month and the place is 20m squared - a tiny studio that I call home. As I am living here due to studying at university, I have not been able to decorate the place as I would want to, which would be act deco vibes btw, but none the less I love my little space and I hope you love having a nosey around too. I hope you enjoy and thanks for checking out my place! :)

It’s honestly expensive considering you don’t have a proper bathroom. Your view is amazing I give you that. I used to pay 800€for a studio by rue mouffetard (17m2) with a proper dedicated space for a bathroom and kitchen.I’m in the 11 now I pay 910€ for a 1 bedroom with a bathtub and a east facing balcony, and plenty of storage on the 5th floor. Just so you know what’s out there
Absolutely loved this space! It's small, but very effectively laid out and the view is just perfect. Moving to Paris in a few weeks for my Masters and I can't wait to explore the city ❤
Good luck! I’m sure you’ll love it such a beautiful place
Hi, there........... oh my goodness, please don't show where your passport is or important documents...... if I were you, I'd move all that stuff now. :O
Gorgeous view out the windows. It's tiny, but it does what it needs to do.
1) Love the apartment! 2) Love how minimalistic and organized you are. 3) Slow down when you talk! I had to replay parts to figure out what you were saying!! 4) Wishing you the best of luck in your work and in Paris!!!
Love the view from your window. That’s si dreamy.
I love the space. I too am paying for a tiny place based on location☺ every time I walk to work I'm happy at how fast it is because I would get lost easily.
Wait-where is the rest of the bathroom?? $1200 for a room without a proper bathroom? Nuts.
She has an bathroom
It’s Paris, you’re lucky to get a sink
Very nice and organized studio. If that microwave doesn't work, have the landlord remove it or sit another piece of luggage on top to give you more leg room at your desk.
i love the shoe cabinet idea and low key thought those were the iconic JC Litas!!!
Very cute space!
It does exactly what it needs to do!
Love it.. after all it's Paris!!
It is a good price because you are in an excellent location. By the way, your bed that lifts up is called a murphy bed
try a mold and mildew remover and scrub with an old toothbrush! it works so well for my bathroom
Very sweet studio space. : ) Would you ever consider putting a small sofa in front of where you have the sewing stuff? Or, a comfy lounge chair? : )
Yes for sureeeee!!! That would be so cute
❤❤❤
Can’t wait to move to Paris
that toilet...hahahahaha....just right there, arms reach from the bed. lol.
But, yes, a very awesome studio.
👍👍
Thank you for sharing. Nice apartment. Just curious...are renters in paris allowed to paint? To hang shelves that need to be drilled on the wall? Thanks.
