try a mold and mildew remover and scrub with an old toothbrush! it works so well for my bathroom

It’s honestly expensive considering you don’t have a proper bathroom. Your view is amazing I give you that. I used to pay 800€for a studio by rue mouffetard (17m2) with a proper dedicated space for a bathroom and kitchen.I’m in the 11 now I pay 910€ for a 1 bedroom with a bathtub and a east facing balcony, and plenty of storage on the 5th floor. Just so you know what’s out there

One has to be insane to pay 1200€ for this kind of shithole…awesome view? You are looking directly at 9 windows from other people and you can’t open the windows without hearing any traffic. I don’t know you, but if it isn’t for studying that you are in Paris, living in that apartment for that price seems more like taking part in a collective romanticized delusion

I love the space. I too am paying for a tiny place based on location☺ every time I walk to work I'm happy at how fast it is because I would get lost easily.

Very nice and organized studio. If that microwave doesn't work, have the landlord remove it or sit another piece of luggage on top to give you more leg room at your desk.
