Mrs Doubtfire Mini Merengues
Makes 24-26 merengues
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 1.5 hours
Total Time: 1 hour, 45 minutes
Ingredients:
1/2 cup aqua fava (the liquid from a can of beans) - CHILLED
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup white sugar
1/4 tsp cream of tartar
Pinch of beetroot powder (optional, if you want them to be pink!)
Directions:
Add the aqua faba and cream of tartar to a mixer, and mix on high for 5 minutes, until creamy and thick. Slowly add the sugar, a small amount at a time, and continue to mix for another 4 minutes. Add the vanilla and beetroot powder, and mix for another couple of minutes. Preheat Ninja Woodfire Outdoor Oven (or indoor oven) to 200 degrees F and bake the cookies for 1.5 hours. They will be chewy right out of the oven, but once they cool they will firm up until they’re fully crisp.
Bologna Bop Cups

Movie inspiration for Film Feast: Mrs. Doubtfire
Ingredients
4 slices of bologna
4 eggs
1/2 cup of canned mushrooms
2 green onions, sliced
1/3 cup of cheddar cheese, cubed
1 tbsp of your fav BBQ rub, we used Cluck and Squeal: All Purpose Himalayan
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F. Place the bologna in muffin cups, we love silicone cups! Crack an egg in each cup. Top with mushrooms, green onions, BBQ rub and cheese. Place cups into the oven and cook for 25 minutes. Serve with a side of toasted rye bread and some fresh fruit!

I’m floored by that merengue!!😮😮😮. You know, I still love a bologna sandwich, mustard only!😂
Isn’t that wild?!?! Who would’ve thought that liquid was so useful?!?!?🤯🤯🤯🤯
This was a fantastic review. Maddie and Kiki definitely loved the movie and an awesome cast. Both of your dishes were perfect!. One part of the movie that cracks me up all the time I'm not sure why but when they're in the restaurant when Mrs Doubtfire yells Hot Jambalaya after sprinkling that powder on Stews plate 😂😂. Glade to see you both are on the mend and can't wait to see you on your next live. Cheers 🥂
LMAO!!!!! That part cracks us up too, Bat!!! So many legendary parts from this classic flick!!!! We are back in action tomorrow for the live show!!! We hope you can make it to the show!!💗💗💗💗🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘

How in the heck do you know these recipes. 13:46 WTH is that white thing in the background🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣Is that little Ricky?? Or is that your skunk friend🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 My mom used to make me bologna and butter sandwiches, so good. I love those canned mushrooms... Damn, that bologna bowl looks absolutely delectable🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣Another banger girls.
