This is an odd phenomena.. but only HK citizens prefer and like apartments. Most local prefer houses, and they prefer the countryside. Cos city-life can be so stressful. Most people do not like that.
Using youtube, now makes you the same level as a celebrity !!! I do not see Primark the same quality as Uniqlo.. but it is more like Mong Kok's ladies market. Which didn't exist before in the UK..... So a lot of people loves it. The food market in the Arndale Centre is kind of mimicked like the HK's malls. Whereby the downstairs is full of food courts.... There is also a smaller mini "wet market" by the side of the food market as well. So a lot of chinese locals like Manchester is because it is so much similar as well... to the way HK structured their buildings.
I do think accent does matter to find a decent job. Also job opportunity in London is way more than in Manchester but property price is higher and coco 哥has the money. Anyway he is just investing the house as Manchester is cheaper compare to London so it’s doesn’t matter where he goes.
