The environment of the house nice and opened, but the property needs a lot work, especially the bathroom. Honestly wife thinks too small for her. Second property looks bigger, the feng shui not recommended. Any family lives in won't feel settled.

Don’t be taken in by parks and greenery outside properties as these areas tend to attract undesirable people especially teenagers and their anti social behavior. Some of the more serious crimes have taken place in parks and wooded areas. I am not sure whether it’s a good idea to buy cheap properties to rent out although the rental return yield could be high because these cheap areas tend to attract bad tenants and in the UK it’s difficult to evict families with children. It can be very messy taking them to court. Tenants who have lived for a very long time eg more than 10 yrs will also be difficult to evict and the British Courts are never on the landlord side.
Many HKers are buying properties without a good understanding of the local culture and area. Too many will fall into pitfall of hell especially with properties up North

英國的租金好平喎，咁大間屋。美國嘅租金離市區稍近，間屋又細都成千伍到兩千多美金，巳經無聽過7、8百蚊嘅租金成十年有多啦。
我收緊每月935鎊，排屋3房，連洗費20萬鎊，因為係投標屋洗費多些，有租客住緊，買之前剛簽約，在Mobberley 。
老實講澳洲啲屋靚好多。睇咗咁多香港youtuber介紹英國啲樓一對比之下悉尼和墨爾本啲樓實用同大啲。
