    Shin splints or Medial Tibial Stress Syndrome (MTSS) can be a big problem. If you get pain through the shin definitely get it checked out as soon as you can so it doesn't progress. Sometimes in the clinic runners want to get through a specific run or they are getting back into running. There are a number of ways you can support the shin. This type of taping is probably the most supportive. Make sure you don't wrap too tight the whole way round. It is layed down without tension then the tension is on the inside shin where the support is most needed.
    If there was ever numbness, tingling or swelling around the area you would take it off straight away. This taping is for shortish runs up to 5k and isn't suitable for longer distances.

      Posterior and anterior are not planes, they are locations...
      Planes would include sagittal, transverse and frontal.
      Avoid correcting others when you do not know what you're talking about man 😂
