The only one that I'm a bit curious to try is the sushi "doughnut." It's relatively small (compared to some of the others on this list) it actually looks good and appetizing with some artistic flare and the proportions between rice and toppings seem decent. (There is far to little rice compared with "toppings" in the other ones, imo) I wouln't have called it a doughnut, though.

Christopher Hyncik the Japanese invented the sushi cake and they eat sushi in various different ways. It's just not called "sushi" but they utilize the same ingredients. Plus some of these are created at poke joints which is more Hawaiian.
