ya it is a bug and the developers already confirmed it. It was not meant to be released until July 1st but since it was released early by accident they decided to allow it to remain in the summon pull and the compensation for this bug is that they will release a Guarantee Greater Summon for Seaside Queen on July 1st so anyone who pull on the Seaside Queen Greater Summon released on July 1st will be guarantee the Legend Job so just use your free magicite and/or tickets to get it on July 1st.
I was honestly going to roll for this banner anyways since I wanted a Sarah job and I always prefer Archer/Gunner type characters. Glad they decided to give us a Guarantee Seaside Queen greater Summon on July 1st to make up for this accidental bug where Seaside Queen is obtainable now in all Banners.
Know what I love about Mobius? So free to play friendly, yes the grind can be arguous but at least you've got a way to get the premium currency for free, some games don't even let you grind for premium stuff. Everyone gers a chance in Mobius, and therefore this game should not be hit by the gambling law stuff, as you don't have to pay in the slightest to progress, it's great. But this game is painful for whales and dolphins because those peices are outrageously high, it's more of an issue on Square's behalf they've always seemed to have issues with balancing mobile game microtransactions but it doesn't hold the game back. Even if you have an unlucky spot in this game you'll pulll something great eventually, I love that about Mobius.

It's still RNG to get her. It's just if you do get a legend job, it's guaranteed to be Beach Queen
