I have a commercial Honda HRC 2163HXA that I got in 2014. I’m wanting to replace the plate set product number 25010 - VD 6-900 in the transmission I am wondering what kind of job that would be to get inside the transmission and replace this part? That’s what cost me about $70 for this part compared to $700 to replace the whole transmission. Just wondering if you have any videos on transmission overhauls, like this one

I don’t run that type of mower, sorry I can’t help. I usually just replace the entire part because they are cheap on homeowner models. Hope you can find a resource for your question.
For push mowers I run the homeowner models because the price is cheap to buy and repair. When they start getting worn out after 5-10 years I can sell them for 100 and get a new one for under $600.
