- We're going to go back in time to a remarkable scene on the plains of Dura right near ancient Babylon. An enormous statue of King Nebuchadnezzar had been set up, and thousands of representatives from his empire were invited to pay homage to it in a splendid ceremony. But when the vast assembly on the plain bowed to the ground toward the image, three young men defied the king and remained standing. Their decision angered a king and shook an empire. It’s also encouraged people everywhere. This is their story.

Watching from Southern,Oregon.. the physical flames have been around us. I ran in fear and felt bad thinking where is my faith , my strong faith in believing God at His word. I realized I had my human reaction for a bit and then I did put my eyes back on God. I think I was being proud a bit. Also having expectations on myself that weren't realistic. I'm still human in this body and ofcourse my body is going to feel all the emotions. So I've been praying but I'm letting myself cry...time to cry out to God ..

When i was a kid I was beaten many of times by my parents. We were all were supposed to be saved but the way it seemed it didn't count because we were kids and we didn't know any better on somethings, as they thought. I think I was more treated badly at 5 years than the others. God had something planned for me and the enemy didn't like it. He worked through my mother and she didn't even know it. She thought she was doing what expect of her to "raise me" as she called. Even up in my 20 's. So I would pray for her to change. We even talked it over, and she didn't know what she was she was supposed to change. She already perfect in mind. So God told me I was going to have move out and get away from her. That has been around 37 years ago now. I still have a few flash back but I am dealing with through God's help. (:

He commanded to be baptised not of John with water and repentance, as the first death of water was forgiven when the LORD repented in making man, for evil was in them from the day thy were born.
He commanded to be baptised in the NAME of the Father , the Son and the Holy Ghost.
Well , that NAME is JESUS CHRIST !!!
The second death is a lake of fire and brimstone were the false prophet and the beast are. Just like those 3 men became supperior unto the second death with the Son of God next to them .
The same pillar of fire/ the fiery angel/Son of God who became flesh as the Lord thy God who tabernacled with us in flesh according to the Word of his Father in heaven.

Thank you and God bless you. I had study the story of Daniel. What stood on my mind how these three man would not bow down to an idol. They were put in fire but they did not burn. The king asked the soldiers why is there 4 in the furnace. Thats because there faith in the flame did not change. They did not get burned and yes there were threw but there was four. Jesus was with them in the furnace they did not burn. Glory to God!!!!
This is the best part of the Bible that has always been, is and will always be the inspiration, ideal, all the days of my life. But I know that I can't do it by myself - but here too, I look to my GOD to give my the courage to stand for HIM in all situations, with HIS unending grace and mercy!

I remember this story from Sunday School at age 10, using my very first Bible, the KJV, given me by my late grandmother. And the Samson and Delilah story.
I was praying and when I finished I said to Jesus i wish I could hug you then went to bed then I felt someone hug me so I took some pictures on my phone when I checked it was a Pure White light shaped like a head it was Jesus he had just hugged ME I couldn't stop crying from the power of the holy spirit and the love I felt no words can describe the feeling I am so privileged to be hugged by James it still feels like a dream so My dear friends I ask you to please align yourself with Jesus in these last days the times of sorrow to secure your eternal future 😇✨😇✨😇

I love these biblical stories and the retelling of how God's ancient people continued to stand in their faith in YHWH and His salvation!
I want to point out that one small detail was missed in this retelling.
***"Therefore, because the king’s command was urgent, and the furnace exceedingly hot, the flame of the fire killed those men who took up Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-Nego."
Daniel 3:22 NKJV ***
Please note: It wasn't only the ropes that bound them that disappeared, but also the mighty men who were assigned to throw them into the furnace.
How powerful our God is!

There is one other thing that God gave these three men: each other. Had they not been together when the trial came, it would have been far easier for their individual faiths to fail, but because they had each other, they were able to remind each other whom they served. Ecclesiastes 4: 9-12 teaches us this:
9 Two are better than one,
because they have a good return for their labour:
10 If either of them falls down,
one can help the other up.
But pity anyone who falls
and has no one to help them up.
11 Also, if two lie down together, they will keep warm.
But how can one keep warm alone?
12 Though one may be overpowered,
two can defend themselves.
A cord of three strands is not quickly broken.
That's a wonderful detail to notice in the scripture! Yes praise the Lord we shall not be alone in trials. Amen

These men knew their God *(Daniel **11:32**)* and were willing to risk their lives for Him, and by this a heathen King was made to know who the One true God is.
If they can go through this and Jesus had not yet died on the cross and no blood was shed, then it is possible that by standing up, believers can evidence this same God to unbelievers.
I pray by the grace of God assisting me that I will be like these men in Jesus name, to His praise and glory. And after *all* that Jesus did on that cross for me *and* then filled me with the gift of His spirit *(Acts 2:4)* it is the least I can do for Him. And what do I have to lose? Nothing, because death has no sting for the believer *(1 Corinthians **15:55**)*
These men did not have the benefits of the cross nor the power of God through the Holy Spirit and they did all that. This inspires me. I want to be like those men. ✝️🇨🇦
Trials of life can either leave you bitter or better. What a statement!
