This video was released Dec 4 2021 and Martha was just 12 years old, Lucy was 17 and what you do not see is little Martha is sitting on a tall stool to get up close to equal height of Lucy, standing Martha top of her head did not reach Lucy's chin, But man what music those 2 girls make !!! Martha is a Fantastic sing for her age and the sheer talent and guts it takes to sing with Lucy !!! Thanks for the react, Also check out Lucy's HAVE YOURSELF A MERRY LITTLE CHRISTMAS recorded a year ago, STUNNING !!!!
I don't even want to talk about Lucy now, because for her there are simply no words that could do her justice. I'm especially fascinated by Martha, who is just 12 years old in this video. What power and breath control this petite girl has even at this young age is simply fantastic. Personally, I regret that she decided against a musical career.
Love watching Lucy n Martha duet, just phenomenal ! Lucy is out of this world vocally and Martha is the the Queen of harmonies, love watching Martha grow up before our eyes and still hoping she would do a solo because I think she is wonderful, sweet with a pure angelic voice!
As a Christian, I love this song about my Saviour's birth. Lucy and Martha, with their angelic voices and presence, take it to a whole other celestial level! I held it together somehow during the song, but when Lucy grabbed hold lovingly to little sister Martha's hand, my tear ducts lost it! Such a sweet and awesome bond between them which I hope lasts forever. God bless them both in their respective paths!
This is beautiful at any time of year, but its feels extra special when its late December, cold outside, pitch black putside at 6 pm. You're home safe with your family, sitting by a fire and this come on. This is as close to the sounds of heaven without actualky being there.
Hi Guys great to see you back .We can always rely on you to support the girls .Don´t know how you missed this one maybe it came during your Channel change over. I think this is one of their best duets. Their harmony is perfection .There is a new Duet with Martha on Lucy´s new Album released today and its "Pie Jesu " It is unbelievable In fact I think the whole Album is just WOW. There are 5 new songs on the Album they are "Bridge Over Troubled Water" "Pie Jesu" (duet with Martha) "Hold On " (Duet with Will Callen) "Whiter Shade of Pale" "A Thousand Years" So far the only one we know that has Video and you have already done it is "Bridge Over Troubled Water" We are hoping that as Lucy generally releases a video a month she may drip feed them to us over the next few months. She has a busy schedule next year with Her first Public concert in Manchester UK in March and at the same time Rehearsing for the debut of "Rosie". Thanks fot your continued support of Lucy.
Hi ya Psi & Bella - great to see you again! Another great reaction. Their harmonies are just incredible as always. Thanks for your continued support for these two amazing young ladies. Stay safe & healthy and have a great holiday season!!!
Not sure if you've reacted on not, but Lucy has sung her version of "Have yourself a Merry Litte Christmas" - you can find it on her TH-cam Channel. As expected, her version is beautiful.
@@Kelsea-2002 , same here! I've never liked "Hallelujah" because Cohen, the author, got the Biblical accounts of King David and the Israelite judge Samson all mixed up together when he wrote the lyrics. As a Christian, that has never set well with me. Also the song by Eric Carmen, "All By Myself," is so-so but not, by any means, on my go-to list. However, when LUCY sings these songs, I actually like and enjoy what I hear. I still don't care for the songs themselves, but it's HOW Lucy so beautifully, gracefully, and elegantly presents them and herself which makes it so captivating, and has me returning to those videos time and time again!
I watch a few Lucy videos and I'm like No way. No. This can not be real. I go see a couple old live performances and I'm like okay. That's pretty similar. Than I watch same more videos and I'm like. No way. This is nuts. No way. I check out the few live performances...okay okay. Close. It could be. Rinse and repeat. Her voice is so unbelievably good.
@@americanswan I’ve discussed this with others before but now I know more, so I’ll answer to both your comments. Firstly when producing a video all artists will use their best recording and video, so usually what we see on videos is their best. However I do know one female artist who is usually always better live, so there are exceptions. But usually live isn’t as perfect as the videos, and we shouldn’t expect that because there is much to distort. But some artists like to sing a song differently when live to make it different, so again don’t expect everything live exactly the same. Many pop singers aren’t the best singers and do use enhancements on their videos and avoid live singing. Again this is normal these days. Like you I’ve watched and listened all Lucy’s videos, and I’ve found many live performances to. Lucy is a real singer and I was impressed so became a Lucy supporter. I’ve just very recently watched Lucy singing Live, and I scrutinized all! Lucy sang the same live with just a basic mic setup. Some songs identical to the videos, and some slightly different. From my own eyes and ears Lucy’s voice is like a harp and all her tones were correct and pitch perfect. Lucy is the real deal. I even asked Lucy if she ever used Auto-Tune on her videos and Lucy said “No” it’s just her singing. Which you’d think would be correct for the main live singer in the West End musical.
@@ChrisScott0 I agree. I might word it differently. I remember listening to Lucy before Hallelujah was released. I haven't seen any new live performances. Old performances I have seen Lucy sang really well. They show she definitely has the voice to produce very similar to the released singles. The voice is often like an instrument and she has to remember and practice to get the sound she wants when she sings. It's not like she could sing anything on a moment's notice and it sound sensational. The last thing I want to say is producers can and have secretly made little tweaks here and there and the artist doesn't know. The music Lucy releases is world class.
@@ChrisScott0 Wow Wow Maggie is finally going to listen to Lucy?? Awesome. I've wanted that for so long. Hallelujah is not my favorite Lucy song though.
Maybe some pop singers producers tweak without informing, but that’s no use for a real singer that performs live and is the star of a West End musical. If Lucy isn’t top notch and up to scratch then the musical will be a disaster and critics will slate it. Remember Lucy’s productions are very small and on a budget and Lucy knows all. I was there 2 meters away from Lucy and all - at the very intimate performance. It was just her voice and a basic mic set up, not even boom on the mic - nothing! If I thought differently I would not waste my own time supporting her. Nor would I waste my money to go watch her again front row in Manchester. Lucy has the official public concert at The Stoller Hall in Manchester on 5 March 2024, and there are still a couple of seats available. So come and see Lucy live and see for yourself. Several Americans and Canadians are flying over to be there.
So good to see you going back in time to react ti an earlier song of these great singing sisters. They truly are great to listen to. I also enjoyed your reaction to Amira Willighagen and Emma Kok. Just wondered if you would ever consider reacting to a couple of different nationalities my family has found out there. Dafne Stilund Nielsen singing Solveigs Song is good. She also does a few other less well known classical pieces, as well as crossover pieces. She sings in the Danish girls choir, and you might like to react to their take on any of the following. Blackbird; Nunc Dimittis; Both Sides Now; Kimer i Klokker; Gabriels Message; Or Alecsandra Sicberga singing Ave maria, accompanied by Vladimirs Kudrins. Anyway, again thanks for the reaction, and not affecting the video on this one too much. Keep up the good job
Tried to by email but unfortunately not too tecchie. Oh well, the suggestions are there if you want to try and type them in, they will be easily found. If too busy, oh well, @@PsiBellaMusic

I'm scared how much the engineers are using software to help Lucy's voice. Is it a lot, is it a little? I don't know.
