I remember when Enes would read and/or reply to every comment on his videos. I think one thing (of many) that makes his channel hard to replicate is the sincere engagement with his viewers and Mikey. I love his channel! Also, I think Ryan just loves the hour of down time to sit and chill lol
omggg yesss I remember talking to him and he would always respond but after he got big that no longer is the case 😞 understandable though he cant respond to thousands of comments
He still does today. Although, it would be just up to a few hours after the first upload of the video then stop. Because of his busy schedule probably.
Enes and crew have really raised the bar on house tours to an unmatched level. I'm glad you re-uploaded the missing ending of this interview, because I really enjoyed hearing Enes talk about his thought processes and background. Great conversation!
Oh my gosh I love Enes's channel. He shows a home so well you really feel like you are there. I love his energy and his attention to detail. You can really tell he loves what he does. The houses he shows are gorgeous. I literally get lost in all of his videos. His camera man Mikey and him are so funny and have amazing chemistry. I could go on and on. My favorite house channel on TH-cam. Subscribe guys you won't be disappointed.
I have always maintained.. that there is no one who make better videos than Enes & Mikey. My husband and I have always enjoyed watching their videos and have shared with some of our friends & family members. God Bless Enes & Mikey!!! Wishing you continued humble success .
The most engaging conversation I have ever seen on TH-cam. Brilliant. Commendable. Love Enes and the team working behind the scenes. May God bless you even more. Hard work always pays off.
Been watching Enes' journey since 2010 when he was viewing small (yet elegant) homes! Loved how close and connected Enes is with his viewers. This guy would comment to every comment! He puts great effort and care to those around him in life. I appreciate this podcast, would have never thought of this haha
This was a great interview, Enes is a very charismatic and intelligent. I really enjoyed learning about his early life and career. Thanks for inviting him onto your show.
I've been following Enes since he got only 5 digits of followers on his channel at that time, and I just love this guy so much. The way that he tours the listing with such details are absolutely different from the others, and the way he keep being soooo humble no matter how much fame and money he gains right now. I've never missed any single content from his channel since it always inspire me to chase my dream of a real estate business in my country. I'm so proud of him and his team to become this far from the day that I started following him.
After reaching this stage, I saw many smug and spoiled influencers. I was following Enes even when his channel was new on TH-cam. He never broke his current line from the beginning. I hope he continues without compromising his gentlemanliness.
Honestly, its amazing how Enes keeps audience so captivating. He can talk about potato with that much passion and detail oriented and It would be worth watching.
Ryan, your opening was so strong, I’m still thinking of it 30minutes into the video and triggered one of my very few comments. You elevated my viewer perception 10x by speaking as it is. Enes, I love your content. Providing the best possible customer and viewer experience is the foundation for success. Thank you for keeping me dreaming.
31:10 thats what I really love about Enes's channel, the detail he goes into while explaining something simple like grout for example, just adores me so much.
Amazing video. Congratulations to both Enes and Ryan. Great 50 minutes of conversation. His 17 person team is astounding! Continuing success to both men!
Enes is so Inspirational Coming from Outside the US and excelling. Never knew his Windsurfing side of him, shows how much work he has put in over time to build the Brand. I see him Pivoting into Bigger things - Billionaire type reviews and business advice. Side note: I love the brown top Whats the Brand.
Effortless tours from Enes! There's a calm collective spirited man, who focuses on the home, not the sale... God bless Impressive 3 world champ kite surfer.... bravo 👏
Definition of giving 160%, blood, sweat and tears - this is what can happen if you never give up and put the work into it! Such an inspiration to anyone out there working hard in life!
Great interview, never thought that i would watch it in a single seating but i watch it all the way through. good to have a peek into the mind of Enes and his motivation. i think the next field for him to explore is to interview interesting people. He has a massive network of interesting people that viewers would like to have a glimpse into what they do. His interview with Tommy Hilfiger shows that Enes can pull it off too
The one thing I love more then anything about anyone is seeing self confidence. I saw it in my Mom, and I realize that the friends I've kept, are the ones who exude it in their lives. Honestly, Enes could be a motivational speaker.
Big fan of both of you! Fascinating interview to hear some behind the scenes stuff and learn more about Enes. I never miss his videos. He's got an awesome story!
Ryan, I loved this interview. I'm kinda addicted to Enes's Monday afternoon videos, They keep getting better and better and richer in every aspect. I must confess that I alway hope that the new pick of the week is going to be a Los Angeles modern mansion on a cliff. Anyway I find Enes's story really inspiring and I love his drive and ambition, his vision and his resourcefulness. Not to mention his success and how much Los Angeles has reward his creativity and abilities. I was hoping to hear a little bit about your opinion of why people are so drawn to these houses. I myself don't understand why I like day dreaming about living in one of them. With passion... It's kind of like looking at amazingly delicious food but not being able to even have an actual whiff at it. I guess I would love to live in one of those modern mansions? What if kind of thinking? I suppose it's an interesting phenomena.
Basically the best way for other mansion tourists to make better content is to first talk about the specs of the home and then details of everything as you tour it and also how they built it. Enes is successful because of that. He's always looking to improve his tours. One key thing I wished Enes did was to tour every single room but he did say it would make the video too long but I'm sure some viewers wouldn't mind. But I've always wanted him to add floor plan to the video to show us where he is in the home on the floor plan as he's on the move. Basically what Erik Conover does. I want Enes to do more of that. Enes also tours homes all I've the country and sometimes even Europe and the world, that's what more people should do
This video was ssoooo amazing! I've wondered at how Enes managed to accomplish to much in such little time. He's truly an inspiration to anyone. His videos have their own iconic style, his staff has grown so much, and he's gotten exclusive access to so many premium properties now. Just utterly amazing and a testament to his incredible dedication.
What a great interview. This guy Enes is brilliant. I’ve been watching his channel for a while and know he’s the best at what he does but I’ve learned a lot from this interview. I’m also been a fan of yours from Million Dollar Listing. You guys are not each others competition, you’re both at the top of your game 👍. Again great interview thanks.
Their both good but my favorite is Enes. I actually started watching tours with Enes and then branched out to other channels. However, I always arrive back to Enes and Mikey cause their game is so tight. By far my favorite channel for touring homes. Ryan on the other hand, is a brilliant business man who illustrates how to grow your brand. He has his hands in so many pots and I admire that. Thanks for interviewing these dynamic men who continue to inspire me.👍🏽👍🏽💃🏽
Bravo... Team Serhant..wonderful documentary ..Enes and team ...JMA.❤ I project something incredible. Cannot wait to see what's next.. Again, ty Ryan ❤
I just came across this video and I can't express how I love Enes and his work. I wish him all the best in this journey and i will always stream their content. I really enjoyed this video. You guys are doing amazing
As a casual fan, fancy way of saying a normal retired wage earner, I appreciate all that Enes does. This in depth look into who he is and how he got there is as fascinating as his videos. Well done to the team there at Business of Influence on setting this up and putting it out there!
I learned about Ryan's gentle earthly personality thanks to this video. 🙂You guys are amazing, as well as "Malcom in the middle' gentlman named Andy. I hope it's candid spelling, Andy? Congratulations on everything that you have achieved with hard work, dear Enes and the hosts on this video.
That was good advice from Ryan. Eventually the people will get bored and Enes is going to have to pivot. It’s important to starting thinking about that now.
Like the hi-end properties he so beautifully showcases, Enes is a hi-end property unto himself: charismatic, articulate, and the real (estate) deal. Dynamite interview, Ryan. Enes ... where does your career go from here? Space. They're building luxury space yachts, hotels, and eventual private properties for space tourism sector and future colonies. You should interview Space Perspective's founders Jane Poynter & Taber MacCallum'. Their luxe balloon, Neptune,.launches with 12 tourists next year. Maybe you're among that coveted group, filming those stratospheric views of earth that rival even those of NYC's Central Park Tower💫
The full video great interview :) love seeing these builds from enes an incorporating some of the different type of builds to finishes into my timber frame home builds. Hi from canada 🇨🇦 😊

@Amy Campbell little, not at all.
