I must say that the kicker is a poor replacement recommendation for the Toyota family. Dash speakers do not need the low range that speaker provides (it does 80hz at lowest I believe). It's also too bright sounding, as such the treble will need to be dialed back. It also doesn't fit the mounts in the dash properly, its mounts are too short by about 15-20mm. It does provide improved clarity over the stock speakers. Too many drawbacks though. A silk dome 1.5-2" speaker (which has a lowest frequency of around 2000hz) in a proper mount adapter would be more suitable than the Kicker 3.5" in the Toyota dash. This is from my personal experience with this speaker and Toyota.
